Disappointed about not having parking space for customers and I’m not fan of a warm or heated pool specially being in a tropical island that’s it’s already hot.

I liked how close it was and it’s connected to one of the best restaurants in the whole island. Niche restaurant. Don’t waste your time looking for a better dining experience, they have everything and more

The property was very clean and close to everything you needed. It was in a very safe area and the staff were really nice. Only bad thing was there was no lift but that was my fault for not checking

Had a little trouble getting in from the street until what turned out to be a security guard opened the door for us. Our supplied key didn’t work later for the same entrance door which wasn’t a big deal but ….. Found we needed to go down stairs to reception for several things which I thought could have been in the room, e.g. a cup for making the coffee in the supplied coffee machine, a beach towel and can’t remember the third thing.

Great location a short ride to airport for our flight the next day. Good value at price point. French fine dining restaurant on ground floor was polished, professional with a nice atmosphere and great service at a price point that you’d expect for that description. Half a block from the beach which offered a great morning walk. Had a pool which we didn’t use. A fully stocked convenience store two blocks away and a lovely cafe a block and a half away. It’s an older hotel as the photos suggest but well presented with a walk up stairs to your room - doesn’t bother us but could trouble some folk.

The overall housekeeping of the room never happened the tv was placed in front of the mirror the rooftop lounge area looked like it was storage

When I arrived found the floor in the room with a lot of sand all over and there were 5 empty regular size bottles of wine in one of the drawers, which got removed immediately by the staff at the lobby. The room was not cleaned for 3 days even when I left the sign on the door and told one of the staff cleaning other rooms.

The location was very good. The restaurant and the staff there as well as the food was amazing!! The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. And the last 3 days of my week stay, Samuel took very good care of my room, finally!

What they didn't like there's no parking , When it says a laundry facility it means that housekeeping would do your clothes the following morning I didn't like that because they advertise self laundry, Also didn't like that the TV was not connected in the room and when I asked the front desk person about it he never came back up to fix the problem he allowed the guest to stay in a room knowing that the TV wasn't working in there.

The location is amazing! The rooms were comfortable The pool was also amazing.

The check-in experience was not the best. The person at the front desk greeted us with a (sort of rude) "check-in is at 4:00" because we showed up earlier. We asked if they could keep our luggage in the meantime (not his offer), and he accepted. When we returned to check-in, he left and gave us a plain "someone else will help you out". The rest of the staff we interacted with was very kind, though. The bed sheets had a funny smell. Not that they stank, just that they did not smell like fresh. Also, we didn't like the Buda thing all over the place. Our bed had a Buddah stamped bed header. I respect all faiths, but I think hotels should feel welcoming to everyone.

Location is great. It's a couple of steps from a quiet beach and a couple of block from a residential/commercial neighborhood with lots of restaurants. It's also at a very reasonable distance from the airport and other interesting places like Condado Beach or San Juan. We could also see the beach from our balcony. Nice air conditioning and ceiling fan.

The one night we stayed, there were some extremely noisy guests for several hours at the wee hours of the morning, and no one seemed to prevent that, which made sleeping difficult. Also, there was no coffee available in the morning (apparently when the restaurant NICHE is closed, there's no coffee), very little water pressure in the shower, not even soap to wash hands, and it would have been nice to have beach towels or extra bath towels for the beach and hot tub, but the hotel said, "They were all in the wash." It's a place to sleep with a cool hot tub and beach access, but not much more than that.

The hotel is comfortable and has charm. The awesome hot tub and proximity to the beach are the highlights.

Some things could be better, though we'd still stay there again. Our room was not serviced even though we put out the Maid Service sign. Hot water was sometimes not available. Water temp regulation on the shower was difficult. Could not replenish in room coffee and creamer at times. No washcloths. Should provide beach towel and beach chairs.

Location (beach), lots of great restaurants within a 20 minute safe walk , hot tub, security, Niche restaurant, super quick Uber availability.

The location was excellent, and the room and overall facility were decent but comfortable. I really enjoyed being so close to the beach and Condado area.

We were on the first floor and voices from the lobby carried to the room. The parking was a downer since there was none on site. Typically had to park 2-4 blocks away. TVs didn’t work but we didn’t care. The pool was heated and this sounds like whining but it was about almost as hot as a hot tub. Too hot after a humid day. We are used to having free coffee available or a coffee maker in the room, didn’t have either, but could walk a half block to the sister hotel if we wanted one.

Quaint hotel - very nice staff. AC worked too good at times. Walking distance to good dining.

There was no manager on site at night. Our first night the fire alarm went off and the second someone was banging on the door for hours in the middle of the night. There was no WiFi in the room or hot water.
