The floor in our room kept getting condensation. Making the floor very slippery.

The only disappointment was the beach on that side of the island is choppy. We went to the Luquillo beach a 20 minute Uber ride . Calm warm waters less crowded and plenty of food restaurants. Our next Stay will a hotel near this beach.

We kept asking for extra towels as only 2 to 3 were provided for a room with 4, but they were prompt on delivery or we would get pool towels. Same for coffee and cups.

Nice pool, Room was well kept and cleaned daily. They have us a room with a nice city view. Hotel is located near a bakery, market, and plenty restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. We took a shortcut to get to the beach where the towels and beach chars were available for the hotel guests.

The Hotel was not on the beach like it looked in the picture..The beach was a 5-minute walk . The AC Marriott did have a spot on the beach reserved for their guest with chairs and towels.

It was clean...and the staff was pleasant.The location was near alot of restaurants and stores. The hotel is 10min away from the airport. The AC Marriott complimentary gave their guest 45 dollars a day towards lunch, dinner, or the bar, I was grateful for that.

The floor was always sticky or felt like wet. I was caught by surprise that parking was not included. I had to pay $24.99 per day for parking. Also, $45 destination charges per day included in room charges were only allowed for lunch or dinner!

The elevators does not work properly all the time. Cold water in the bathrooms. My husband got poisoned with the food at the Hotel Restaurant.

Nothing serious. Their assigned beach section could be better organized. The workers were typically late on site but it’s vaca so no sweat waiting for them to come and set up the chairs/umbrellas.

Location is great. Very easy to get to old San Juan , grab an Uber etc. close to the beach , literally a few blocks. Very clean. Pool on rooftop was also very enjoyable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The $45 fee each night - whilst it could be redeemed on food and beverages at the pool bar, we were not always wanting to eat and drink there. Also did not realise the beach was so dangerous in this area; may have chosen a different hotel in another area if we had known this.

Location and the room was a good size for the three of us.

The $45.00 resort fee per day seems like a scam. The hotel states that you will be credited back the money if you spend money on food/drinks/beach chairs, etc; however, every time we walked through the lobby, someone was complaining to the desk staff about the credit not being on their bill. Definitely review your statement upon check-out. The desk staff could have been a little friendlier. They seemed bothered at times.

The King sized bed was super comfortable! The room (826) was spacious and we never felt cramped. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was fantastic. There's a small balcony to chill out on. Although it's not waterfront, you can see the beach from it. The pool/rooftop area was nice to chill out on. The bar at the pool was convenient. The location is great in Condado. Ubers were easy to use and the area was safe for walking. There's plenty of restaurants/bars within walking distance of the hotel. The beach is a few blocks away so we walked there a few times.

Room lights and the pool size.

Great location; clean, cordial staff, but the lights in the room are not good at all, very hard to have a make up done. The pool in the rooftop is very small.

Breakfast was small, with very few options. Some staff members were not very friendly. Also they have a $45 resort fee that you can spend on site everyday. This wasn’t optional. It was okay but I’d prefer to be given a choice to pay it or not, especially if I don’t want to eat/drink at the hotel. We were able to use it anyway, since they had a fairly decent menu for dinner/lunch.

Lovely modern hotel in a great location. The building was up to date and the rooms were nice.

The pillows were too soft need firmer pillows and the safe was broken couldn't put my valuables away had to carry them with me.

The air conditioning was super noisy we mentioned it a few times to the front desk crew but nothing changed it was very annoying during that night hard to sleep. Some of the furnitures was rusty but other then that everything was basic and had what we needed to stay a few days in San Juan

Very nice location. Roof top pool and bar was very nice The hotel stuff was very nice and helpful whenever we needed something. Parking close by. A lot of coffee shops, restaurants, bars in a short walking distance 2 minutes walk to a nice beach.

The beach is far and there are no showers or hoses to clean your feet before entering the hotel.
