Breakfast was poor, maybe because of not high tourist's season. Apartments are needed to be repairing and modernization.

Our room had a damaged shower, I noticed right away cause I showered right after arrival. Not a problem though, it was only for one night. But overall I think the stay was expensive. Also you may have a problem ordering taxis in the area.

Excellent, comfortable beds. The place has definitely seen better times, but they are trying. The beds are phenomenal. We opened both room and bathroom windows for a nice draft at night and there was absolutely no need for air conditioning.

Staff doesn't speak English, which was a bit of surprise for me - it's a hotel in Europe. However we managed to understand each other.

- the room furniture is very old - the bathroom is also quite old, the floor has some cracks - the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, ants in the bathroom - stained towels, dirty carpet

- we stayed in building B and was quiet -playground for the kids -good breakfast

At 6 a.m. the music was turned on in the bar downstairs. Meager and not varied breakfast, without hot dishes.

The room was clean and warm. A large bathroom, a bathtub, a refrigerator, a set of hygiene products, two bottles of mineral water.

The hotel is not the most modern, so don't excpect anything fancy. At the same time everything was clean and spacious. There were some sounds coming to the room from the corridor and room right next to us.

We had a family room / suite and a triple room for our stay. These were close to each other as we had requested, which made things really convenient. The suite was spacious and had a bath that children enjoyed. There was also a playground that our smaller children really liked - this also provided us oppoprtunity to finish our breakfast with our own tempo while children already headed out to play.

I may have missed them because l was the last one to have breakfast, but there were no yogurts available, like l used to have here in my previous visits.. I shall ensure that l inform Karolina when l return next year.

Room is extremely small and cold. The window in bathroom was opened. Heating was not working. A bed is horrible, it's easy to hit legs (see photo). The mattress is old, dirty and covered in someone else's hair.

If u are Muslim there is nothing to eat in breakfast everything is from pork you can eat only cheese and eggs that’s all what they have

Great selection for buffet breakfast and really good food on the menu. Excellent customer service as usual (l have been coming here since 2016), by Karolina and her staff, Paulina, Ewa, Ewalina, Maja, Ewalina 2, Karolina 2, Marysia, Wiktoria, Marcin and Monika. With a broken boiler on my first morning, l was very quickly upgraded, free of charge, to a suite in the main building (l had booked a Queen room in the annex). When the boiler was repaired, I decided to keep the suite for the rest of my stay, and pay the difference. Although the main building is locked at 10 o'clock, there is someone available onsite 24/7, all l had to do was to call the number given on the reception door, and l was inside within a couple of minutes. Thank you Maja.
