We loved our stay. Patryk is a very nice and chatty host. Our room was comfy, warm and clean with an on suite bathroom, a balcony and a beautiful view of the High Tatras. Our room faced east and was flooded by beautiful light in the morning, as the sun rose from behind the iconic Havran peak. There was a shared kitchen on our floor with essentials including a coffee machine with coffee provided. There are homebakes and local mountain cheeses offered for free in the foyer. The sauna was great at the end of a day of skiing/snowboarding, it was hot, clean and 2x1 hours of private use were included in the booking. There is onsite parking outside the front door. There is a restaurant in short walking distance which offers a very good range of delicious traditional local food and drinks, accompanied by live traditional local music. Thank you Patryk for making our holiday great!

There was a weird smell coming from the shower (I think) which meant we had to open the windows a lot of times.

Calm part of the town, the room was clean and comfortable, nice view from the window, free parking, comfortable bed. The owner was very kind and he puts a lot of effort into making sure the accommodation offers a good quality for a good price. We were pleased by small details like leaving sweets, cheese or cakes every day for guests to take for free.

I recently stayed at this beautiful villa, and I must say, it was an excellent experience overall. The villa offers a stunning view from the balcony, which made for a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. The accommodations were very comfortable, making it easy to feel at home during my stay. However, there was one small inconvenience – there was no soap provided in the bathroom. It would have been more convenient if this basic amenity was available. Despite this minor issue, I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway.

The location is Beautiful and the access to the balcony with a view is a additional comfort. Room was clean and cosy with all of the needed facilities. Owners are nice and helpful people who are able to help out with questions about the city and transport. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back again ;)

There was nothing I did not like about this place. I only have a small suggestion. A small table would be amazing to have in the balcony when having breakfast.

Amazing location and very nice owner! Great rooms view views to mountains and a terrace/balcony as well. Loved that it was further from the centre of Zakopane, very close to the temporary train station which works out well for backpackers.

it was amazing! but my room was on the highest floor wich has ups and downs , it was a wonderfull view, but tiring from time to time still its not the owners fault soo nothing was bad it was amazing!! highly recommended.

Everything was good, very friendly owner. One thing to consider: this is Willa - so shared kitchen and in my case it was glass doors - if someone is walking in the night at corridor - you will have light in your room.
