How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The walls and floor/ceiling were very thin. So depending on who lives next to you or above you, you will have a good rest at night.
Very lovely stay. Near the bus and train station so perfect if you travel without a car. The room was very clean and spacious. We took the 3 person room for us two and it was perfect. The kitchen was also very clean and there was a lot of equipment we could use to cook.

The mirror in bathroom is wierdly placed so you can normally see just your face, not how you look full lenght and thats the only mirror, but its deffinetly not an big issue, it's just personal prefference :)
Very cozy apartments, nice balcony, great vibe.

The weather in the mornings was quite chilly (below 10°C), and since it's June, the heating wasn’t on — so the apartment felt a bit cold, and clothes took a while to dry after washing. Also, the Wi-Fi signal wasn’t strong in all areas of the apartment.
We had a great stay overall! The apartment was very clean and matched the photos perfectly. Free parking was a big plus since we were traveling by car. The place was spacious and comfortable, and the location was also convenient — close to the train station and bus stops, and about a 20-minute walk to Krupówki Street.

The mattress and pillows are not so comfortable, other guests left their dirty dishes in the sink
The apartment was clean, very good location, little kitchen in the common area, firdge in the room, very good heating, nice view, calm area, slippers that guests get for the house. The landlord was so kind to let us leave our luggage in the hallway while we waited for a late bus

Can be a little noisy if you have heavy footed people in the apartment above you.
Easy access to the main road for travelling. 20 minute walk to the main street. Quiet location. Free parking. Lovely, clean, well appointed and comfortable apartment.

We selected this location with the intention of it having two sofa beds like we read online however we sadly ended up with only one
It was a nice and cozy house really close to Krupówki and the mountains. Exacly what we needed

Poor sound insulation. But the neighbours were not very loud and we were tired after hiking , so it was not a huge problem for us.
I like this accommodation very much. Excellent location. Very close to railway station and also to the downtown. Very clean room. Kitchen has all necessary equipment and also very clean. Our room was on the ground flow and the first day of our accommodation was a little rainy , there wasn't sunny and it was quite cold in the room. The heating was turned off. And I was extremely surprised that the owner turn it on in the evening in spite of it was april already and it wasn't cold outside. I appreciate it very much. Next days it was sunny and we didn't need the heating.

The facility was hard to find, there was very little parking space, not the prettiest views around, and you had to take your shoes off to enter the lodging.
Just a regular place, a big guest house with lots of apartments inside. Can't point out anything good, we just spent the night. The price was a little less than average.

Not a big deal for me but since the room was located at the top floor right under the roof, you should be aware of the inclined ceiling.
It's a lovely place 10 minutes away from the train station and you can leave your bags after check out to walk around some more. Room itself is very cosy and clean, and the little kitchen had all necessary appliances for a short stay.
