The room in which we stayed was very nice and clean, the bed was cozy and fluffy. The location is excellent, just outside of the city old town center, 5m walk from the main square and close to the castle and the main train/bus station. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always more than happy to answer to our questions 24/7. Would totally recommend this hotel to anyone.

No outside courtyard seating that we could find. With seeing the sites though it didn’t matter to us.

The hotel is very close to the Old Town and within walking distance of the main sites including Schindler’s factory, Jewish ghetto, and Banksy Museum. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Loved Krakow.

The front desk lady is super friendly and she was very happy to answer all my questions. The location is very convenient, short walk to everywhere but not in the center of the town so we can void the crowds. Sorry I forgot to ask her name but she helps me everything from the room service to the daily commute questions. I am very happy with her.

There was nothing not to like!

An absolutely charming hotel staffed with very bright and friendly multilingual professionals. Just a few minutes walk from the heart of Krakow. The room was very comfortable & the AC worked great during our July stay. We spent 5 very enjoyable nights at Wielopole, and look forward to staying there again when we return to Poland.

Everything was pleasant and at very good level, including breakfast, room, especially bathroom, very clean. Location is perfect, very close to Rynok glowny (main market square). Coffee at reception area was a great bonus. Good value for money in general.

Great location - just a few minutes walk from Kraków's old town and the Jewish quarter. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Tram stop is less than a minute from the door. Quiet at night, too.

The “queen” bed was two twin beds together.

It was a cute hotel room with wonderful staff! The location was close to the old town square but far enough that it was not noisy. The balcony had a good view of St. Mary’s Church so you could hear the trumpet. The restaurant was secluded with easy breakfast. Checking in and out was super easy.

This is an excellent hotel that far exceeds its 3 star rating. The hotel is very smart and the reception staff are very welcoming, cheerful and willingly helpful. I would stress that the reception team are way ahead of other hotels in Poland and other countries we have visited. Our room was spotlessly clean, smart, and the bathroom was superb. The air conditioning worked very well during the hot weather. The free WiFi connection was very fast. We loved the prints of Kraków hanging in the sixth floor corridor. We would have loved one in the bedroom! These beautiful prints are on-theme with the locality - not always the case in other hotels. The breakfast was superb and generous.

No complaints at all!

Breakfast was great, the staff were really nice and helpful as well! Surprisingly the room was also comfortable, and they also have a possibility to change a pillow to a more suiting one. I appreciated that they support sustainability and I could easily opt out of changes of towels and such. The location is great and the windows are sound-proof enough to have a good night sleep even though the hotel is close to busier areas. Also the room and the bathroom were nice and clean!
