The furniture in the rooms has already experienced something and would need to be changed (in both rooms). Nowhere on the booking is it written that the standard room is not located in the houses at all, next to the houses is one building of a classic hotel where is a restaurant with breakfast and rooms. To move to house 5, we had wifi available, but no internet connection.

Upon arrival, we found a room with a non-functional balcony (the door couldn't be closed), but the excellent staff updated the room to a higher standard and resolved the situation very quickly and to our satisfaction. The view of the lake was fantastic, the breakfast was also very good and varied. In our time, we found a SPA almost without people and we enjoyed it

Perfect place if you want to chill with an amazing view! Want to thank for delicious breakfasts, thanks the guy at the reception - very friendly and outgoing person! Thanks the Ukrainian woman who makes delicious meal! Nice SPA and awesome open jacuzzi! So now we now one of the places where we are happy to come back in!

The spa organization was strange, specialy for the jacuzzi, you dont really want to share with other couple, at least for Valentines there could be some plan. And we didnt have bathropes in our room.

Such a great location, view from the balcony was perfect (same from the spa), nice cozy and clean room. Breafast was good but was hoping for more sweet selection (not cakes). Staff was friendly.

Sound isolation is not so good, you can hear your neighbors. But taking into account fact that mostly people come here for relax - there is not so much noise.

Great location, very close to the lake. Great breakfasts and restaurant in general. Friendly employees. I enjoyed stay in this hotel and would like to recommend it as place to stay.

there were some ants in the apartment (not a critical number, but still, they were all over the cup with tea I left overnight); a more expensive room, which is located on the ground floor, has a worse view on the lake than the less expensive one upstairs - doesn't make sense to me and probably should me mentioned in the description; in the room there were no openers for beer or wine and no cutlery in general;

spa zone (and a great massage), comfy bed, good breakfasts and restaurant in general, very polite staff

We would recommend to keep in mind that guests who are coming in low season also need regular service of all facilities. Otherwise, all great 👍

We wanted to like the hotel, but unfortunately, our stay was quite uncomfortable due to the lack of air conditioning. The rooms became unbearably hot under the sun, and with the balcony also exposed to direct sunlight, there was no escape from the heat. It was impossible to sleep at night, even though the outside temperature was only 26°C during the day. Additionally, the beds and pillows were uncomfortable, further detracting from our stay. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Rooms had a beautiful view of the lake. The restaurant provided a wonderful dining experience. The staff were polite and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The wine selection was impressive, offering a variety of choices to complement our meal.
