How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Significant inconvenience - the absence of the elevator. In our case, we struggled quite a bit, carrying luggage up and down. Ground floor accommodation would be preferable. The location is quite remote, only Zabka shop in a walking distance. Breakfast was available though, for 55 PLN per person.
Clean and comfortable apartment, not so large but well-organized.

Apartments will need some refreshment soon. Almost all furniture doors are worned up in mini kitchen. Water drainage not perfect in bathroom.
For a price you can't want more. For one night pit stop it was very good choice.

The bed was a little too soft for us and we didn't get good sleep.
The apartment was perfect, it had everything we needed. One of the few apartments in warsaw that had free parking, office desk and a well equipped kitchen.

The clean, comfortable apartments were super great. Space in each room was lovely, Loved the A/C in the room as we were there during hot weather. Area is safe and easy to find.

There was wrong information given by the staff before the stay about the apartment location in different houses.
These apartments are amazing. Everything is very convenient and there is free parking for the hotel guests. In about 3min walk there is a grocery store. The beds are very comfortable.

Parts of the apartment were dirty. Mainly the high shelfs in the wardrobe and the vents on the bathroom and kitchen.
The location was great. The staff were really nice and friendly :-)

I would prefer to have a proper shower, rather than a shower over the bathtub - but it is not changing overall score

The matrace could be harder as it was too soft.
Connections to the ceramic studio and good access to buses and trams. 40 Mon to the city centre.

Everything was clean and the place was nice and warm since it was January. The bed was comfortable and cozy. The bathroom has a tub with shower and you have your own boiler for hot water but it was enough for two people to have showers. Very nice small kitchen with utensils.

The table was torn, there was no TV remote, and the stand where the shower was placed was torn, which made it difficult to take a shower.
very good location if you travel by car. rooms are big enough, kitchen is enough to cook a small meal.

When we took a shower, the hot water ran out quickly. In other words, you should take a shower and leave in a maximum of 15 or 20 minutes, otherwise the hot water runs out. You need to wait for hot water after it.
The facility was as seen in the photos. It was extremely clean. Everything you need for cooking is available. The bed was comfortable. We left extremely happy and satisfied. Although it is a little away from the city center, there are bus stops in front of the resort. If you are traveling by car, this will not be a problem at all.

Noise isolation not the best, you can hear noise from staircase. But it didnt disturb, there was not a lot of people going in and out in evening.
Check in was smooth, staff can speak english well. Room was clean, comfortable bed. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also a possibility to buy breakfast which is really tasty! Definetely will choose this place next time!
