Elevator did not work. Bed linen and bed itself could have been better

There was a problem with the elevator during all of our stay. I reserved 3 rooms, the rooms were not so close to each other.

Location was perfect, literally few steps away from the beach. Breakfast was wonderful, very wide food selection, excellent coffee. And the staff were extra nice. Can't wait to be back for another stay :)

Room door with poor noise isolation from the corridor (we could hear people from the opposite room talking). Very small standard 2-bed rooms with limited storage.

Very good breakfast. Breakfast till 11:00! Clean and nice hotel with terrace. Hotel parking (paid). Only 20m to the beach.

We found the temperature setting of the (air)heating way to hot. Our room was set to 32 degrees (!?!) and we had to open all the windows to make it reasonable. For breakfast one can easily wear shorts and a thin t-shirt. It was unreasonable warm while it was +1 degree (C) outside. The staff appeared very formal. Maybe suffering from heat....

Very nicely located hotel, in the old part of Sopot between the trees and old stylish villas. Very chill area, some 50 meters from the beach/sea. Located nearby walking and cycling path. Quite some parking places around the hotel (we stayed in November; in summer season this may be different) and the hotel has private parking. Nice large room, clean hotel, nicely renovated bathrooms and good beds.

The bed was so low you felt you were sleeping on the floor. No kettle in room My room was opposite lift so continuous noise throughout the night Room looking out on to car park. Very expensive

Location was ok. Not as convenient as in the town where i had stayed earlier. Close to beach if that is what one wanted. Good breakfast but would suggest labelling or identifying food. Reception staff could be more helpful

We chose this hotel because it had a spa and a sauna. The massages were ‘full’ and thus unavailable for the three days we were there and the sauna was only free once. When we did go, it was extremely hot and unbearable and we were charged for an extra person. We also wanted to spend time with our daughter and there was no place to sit and visit other than our bedroom. No foyer and restaurant was not available at supper time. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this hotel as there are a plethora of better ones in this area
