I suppose not having anyone at reception takes a bit of getting used to. A small bottle of water would be a nice touch. And definately extend breakfast to 09:30. Some of your visitors might like to sleep in til 09:00.

Completely closed shower. Is not my first time in this hotel and not every room has partially opened shower but this time We had. Is not great idea. Also room was close to breakfast room where every day from 6am we have heard beats of a music coming from there. And last one , breakfast time should be extanded till 10am like in every other hotel. 7-9 am is too short and for people who go to sleep early.

Each room should contain a fan as rooms get hot in the summer. Shower in room 2 needs adjustment to a shower head and drain.

Very small bathroom. Breakfast the same every day and average - poor amount and choice of vegetables - especially in summer, no fruit.

Everything was perfect except that the place was a bit hard to find and I was disappointed with the location which was much further from the town center than I expected and just by a very busy road. It was a bit gloomy when I first arrived because there was nobody at the reception. However, in the morning the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. On the othr hand the location enabled me to discover and explore a part of town I would not have seen otherwise.

The room we were in the lights on the front of the building shone through our window all night and the curtains were thin so didn’t block out the light! Road noise was a problem when windows were open as weather was hot. Shower over ran into bathroom due to no door or curtain on shower and shower head positioning. Shower overflowed and blocked due to clogged up hair already there in the filter.

Our room on the pierwszy piętro, there is no shower, only a wanna. Curtains doesn't really block the sunlight.

Generally this hotel is not staffed; you have to call on the phone if there are any problems. This system works somehow, but it is not optimal for guests' comfort.

The building is definitely stylish and the room was comfortable, The receptionist was very helpful to us in finding somewhere to store our bicycles.

-If you're driving the car park can be tight to move around in if you have a larger car. -If you stay in the attic rooms during the summer it can get warm up there, but the rooms came with fans to remedy this.

-Staff were kind, helpful and willing to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. -An absolutely gorgeous building inside and out. -The town center is about a 5 minute walk away.

The room was bad. For several reasons. Despite there being two spiders in the room, there were still flies and mosquitos in there (possibly because the window was left open prior to my arrival. The bed had an ill fitting sheet that didn't cover the mattresses. (And didn't feel like a proper sheet anyhow. It was more like a mattress pad.) The curtains cannot be used to keep out the light. There are only 3 blackout curtains which need to cover 4 windows so it is not possible to avoid the sun. The carpet was very thin with not padding beneath. Some spots felt damp. The most hilarious moment, however, was when I turned on the shower and it blasted water over the glass an onto the floor. This place was a real disappointment.

The staff was good. The girl in the breakfast room was very nice and attentive to me and the other guests. The man at the desk in the morning was also kind and helpful.
