The staffs are very accommodating very nice they speak english. Its our firstime in zakopane and were glad to get this hotel very perfect view outside you can see the mountain from your room and hills with snow. Your bathroom is good ambiance you will enjoy while taking toilet view. 😁 The room was spectacular very clean, they have towel and kitchen stuffs microwave and what u need and mini ref. The bed is so very comfortable big like it was in the picture. No noise at all. They have a breakfast different every day with coffee machine. They are very helpful when u need something. Thank you soo much i really recommend it and choose again when i will visit the zakopane. 🇵🇱❤️ By the way we are from 🇵🇭 philippines. 🙋 Kocham polska. ❤️

The lock of the entrance door to the room did not work well and it took several minutes each time until we were able to close it. there was no good sound insulation and you could hear the rooms next door and everyone who went up the strairs

The only problem is the way/parking in front of the house and it's lightning, but I assume it is an issue only when it's rainy.

I really liked everything! The only thing I would add is a storage room for ski and snowboard with dryer for ski/snowboard boots/gloves.

Perfect breakfast! Big clean room, with towels, fridge and microwave, plates, spoons, forks, even glasses and wine opener. Very nice view from the room. Very quiet place. Perfect to relax!

The TV did not worked, because the TV remote is damaged, also we would have used the mini radiator in the bathroom but it did not worked also. It seems like it works only in winter when the heating is on. We noticed these things becouse it was rainy days during our stay, so we needed to dry our clothes and spent more time than expected in the room.

The staff was great, the villa itself is very cozy and clean, location is good, not too far from the city centre and close to one of main entrances to Tatra mountains - Kuznice. There is alao aquapark close to the villa. The breakfast is amazing, nothing more to expect.

I will never return here and will not recommend it to others. We arrived and the fun started right away. When the man pulled the handle, it remained in his hands. When invited, the administrator says nothing... she put it back in and look... We closed the door while in the room and it didn't open again. I had to wait for her to come and open it. We sat on the couch while we waited for her husband to come fix the door and it broke. The closet door is also barely holding, so we don't even close it. We didn't even lock the door for the night, so that something wouldn't happen again and we wouldn't be able to leave. Also about cleanliness ... I found hair while eating breakfast. You went to this hotel only according to the recommendations of vacationers. However, either we were very unlucky. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's a pity that it is not possible to upload more photos
