Excellent location. The whole town Polanica-Zdroj is a diamond in the crown of Polish resort area and the hotel is located right were it should be - not very noisy, yet close to everything. Delicious breakfast in a quiet open air atmosphere. Summer concert in the patio was a pleasant surprise - Chopin's music is never too old. I booked a room with twin beds, but Booking was not able to confirm the bed type. Although the room was provided with the double bed, the hotel stuff managed to change it to 2 single beds in a minute. No discontent, no complains.

The bed was really too small and too soft, so not the best for a good night's sleep. And breakfast could use some warm dishes. there was plenty of choise, so you will not stay hungry - just not the best you can get in Poland

The hotel and the surroundigs are beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. The dinner in the restaurant was lovely, with live music. The hotel will provide parking spaces in the nearby street (reservation is needed) - not the most convenient solution, but better than nothing,

The hotel is very classy. The building and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. It is located in the prime neighborhood of Polanica Zdroj. Our room was spacious and clean. The included breakfast was great and an excellent value. The staff were very friendly. We will be definitely coming back.

The scrambled eggs were a too runny. There were also some issues with the coffee machines. Other then that everything was perfect.

The accommodation is absolutely beautiful. We had a large comfortable room with a big balcony overlooking the park. There is a lift to every floor which made it so much more accessible for us as I was visiting with my elderly mother. There was a nice breakfast selection and choice. There even was a delicious cake and orange pancakes. In summer you can injoy your breakfast indoor or outdoor as the restaurant has tables outside. We asked for a fan to the room and they provided it. Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely return.

Villa Polanica in Polanica Zdroj was an absolute delight! Our stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the breakfast - the variety of options catered to every palate, ensuring there was something delicious for everyone. From savory to sweet, the spread was delightful and made for a fantastic start to our days. Moreover, the staff at Villa Polanica were incredibly welcoming, nice, and friendly. Their warmth and attentiveness made our stay even more memorable. Whether we needed guidance about the area or simply had inquiries about the villa, they were always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, Villa Polanica provided a wonderful experience. The combination of spacious rooms, a diverse breakfast selection, and the amiable staff truly made our stay exceptional. Hadn't really researched this area. It just fitted well with the mileage of the road trip but what a lovely surprise. The gardens in the surrounding area and the restaurant were beautiful and it only got better inside and the rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was bright and had its own balcony. The breakfast was delicious - especially the pancakes!

Note that there is paid car parking on the street, located few houses away. Some areas in the hotel could use a bit of refreshment and cleaning. Overall, a good experience.

I had a pleasant stay at this charming little hotel. The location is excellent, the breakfast and restaurant food were good, and the staff were very nice and supportive.

The handle to our bathroom was faulty. The bed was a standard double & not extra large as advertised. There was a problem with the self service coffee machine. The car park was quite a walk from the hotel.

It was in a very good location quiet & set in a beautiful area, but close to the central areas. The breakfast was nice.

The breakfast was not good for me as I needed vegetarian options, which were not available for me. With regards to having the room cleaned, I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, not even once was my room cleaned, during my stay
