Got caught out when trying to leave the hotel early in the morning for a flight, however we required a door key to exit which we had left in our room.

The staff were absolutely excellent, the food was fantastic and the location was terrific. Each one of our group were delighted with out stay

The room was nice and big, with a kitchen corner. The view to the lake is amazing in every stage of the day, walking around is relaxing. I enjoyed the reach and various breakfast and the dinner in the hotel's restaurant.

WiFi, road to the hotel seems like a pedestrian area which is confusing especially when driving in the darkness

I am a professional translator, so I stayed in a variety of hotels and villas, big and small, very expensive and affordable, for presidents and seasonal workers -- therefore my opinion is based on some practical experience. Villa OTTON is by far the cosiest and most comfortable and friendly place to stay. It has everything thought-out so well, you begin to suspect that thery were spying on you to find out your habits and tastes. The view is magnificent, the lake and the surrounding area are superb. I recommend this place to anyone who want to enjoy the great atmosphere alone, with a partnet, or in a company of friends.

Breakfast was delicious, the room was very big and comfortable. The place is very quiet and the location is just perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's the perfect place either if you are travelling for work or for personal purposes.

we were really impressed by the hotel. the room was modern, clean, spacious and the view fantastic. really a place to wind down. the restaurant offers a great choice and very good quality for breakfast and during the rest of the day. The staff was great and very helpful. We will come back.

There was construction work at the front yard. It was too noisy on Day 1 (during the day only). Remainder of the 3 days was quiet.

It changes the way I rate other hotels.

At first I was a bit skeptical about the high ratings, but oh boy are they well deserved. Rooms are spatious, nicely designed and with a beautiful view, the breakfast is probably the best in any hotel I have stayed in so far. A wonderful experience overall.

Climate control in the rooms was not functional, so had to leave the doors open to attempt to cool the room down.

A good variety of breakfast food items were offered. The facilities were clean and the staff was welcoming.

If you are a respektfull hotel you should have bottle water for your guests. It is greedy not having any!
