The towels were extremely worn out, used and old to the point of being ripped. It wasn’t really clean - there were hairs in the bathrooms and a used handkerchief in one drawer. No remote for the TV, so you only get one channel. Also, the TV was so old and small that you couldn’t watch a movie even with an HDMI cable. No mosquito net. Noise from the street. The bulbs on one of the lamps were broken. There were two showers but both of them were broken - on the one you can’t regulate anything and on the second there is no warm water. A lot of stairs. Very far from the centre.

The property seems new. There was a ventilator, a hair dryer, 2 mugs, some chocolate, tea, coffee and sugar.

I have arrived late, after midnight. I called the hotel ahead of time and was told the key will be at the reception. Unfortunately it was not there. Luckily after I called the number someone came over and gave me the room key. Not a big issue, however it made me a little nervous since it was already almost 1am

I certainly liked the proximity to the airport. Very convenient, very close. For a short stay it is a perfect place.

Could have had gated parking option for a fee.

We are family of 4. Even after check-in hours we were left a key for apartment. Rooms were clean. Balcony was nice. Car parking was outside the building open gate but could see it from apartment window. Coffee, tea and cow candies were there and loved it! Also shampoo and shower gel, soap bars were in rooms for everyone.

Quiet newly built villa. There's a pool table and some books one can read. Nice territory. Comfortable that we got a 2-room suite, because I have problem with snoring. Thanks for the tea and kettle in the room. The view was also really nice. Closeness to the airport might be a problem for some people, but I live near the airport so that was actually a relaxant :)

The room was simple but had all the essential comforts. It was also very clean and tidy and quiet with good sound-dampening windows. The shower was great. The staff was helpful.

WiFi didn't work in the room, only in the reception. Not enough toilet paper for a 4 bed room. We had to ask for extra supply. The sope was mixed with water. A small fridge would be an advantage.

The property is not too far from bus stop, and the Dawidy railway station. The rooms satisfied our expectations. You will be staying near the airport, but the aircrafts are not too noisy. They won't bother you.

Location not perfect, planes departure under the head, huge sound

Everything is very good. All you need there, even kettle, fridge.... Nice terrace for fresh air with playing squirrel in the oak :)

Not really a complaint but it would be great if the hotel's bistro also served lunch and dinner. Despite this, we got great recommendations of nearby restaurants from the hotel staff.

The accommodation was super cozy, the place is beautiful and the service was amazing! The hotel has a great cost benefit and is really close to the airport - it even accept pets - so it's a great option if you're coming to Warsaw by plane.

Nice place near the airport. Feels safe and cosy. Spacious room, green neighborhood. Tea, coffee, sweets in the room. Very friendly staff. Big parking space.
