We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

UkraineSoundproofing can be better but that was no issue for me as I didn't expect for it to be perfect :) Also, on my last night the water in shower was not hot enough, but that was just once.
The location is perfect and everything is very clean. The hotel is walking distance from pretty much anywhere: city center, park, shops etc. Staff is very friendly, and even though not everyone speaks English, it's really easy to communicate with them. Stuff in the room was not brand new but everything is clean and well-maintained.

United KingdomEverything is old and falling apart, uncomfortable bed, cold in the rooms in winter time, have booked last year forgot how bad it was definitely wouldn’t come back you can get a nice brand new apartment for little bit more money. Very loud at nights, people don’t follow rules about curfew, got woken up at 4am with people playing music and talking loud next door - walls are paper thin you can hear every step and noise. Doesn’t help there is an alcohol shop opposite that doesn’t close till late - multiple drunks outside the hotel and area not so good. Didn’t feel safe at all in the hotel. One night a drunk man tried to follow my boyfriend in the hotel. If you’re okay with all the above book it. I’ve made the mistake of booking twice , never again.

Belgiumit wasn’t dirty but very old and not fresh, there was a lot of dust (i have allergies) so my sleep wasn’t good. the staff man looked not happy to see us, he doesn’t speak english and didn’t answer my questions properly. note if you travel with older people: there is no lift
