We had to ask twice to switch off the air conditioner that was blowing cold air

Having to pay parking .. shower was too small . .. no Aircon and with the window open it was so noisy on the highway..

Check in was easy .. Iand the girl behind reception had great English like the card system

Spacious room, comfortable beds, well-equipped bathroom. Excellent cleanliness. Courteous receptionist. Secure private parking in front of the building with ample parking spaces. Tram to the city center (15 minutes) in front of the hotel. Supermarket nearby.

Was passing through. Stayed one night. I did not take breakfast. Basic room. Bathroom clean, looked brand new. Elevator available. Good private parking in front (extra costs). Friendly employees. For passing through it was maybe to close to the centre, much traffic. Also because of construction work on the roads.

The pillow covers & bed sheets were torn out here and there which is the only bad I can tell about our stay.

Room and Bathroom are clean. Come out of the hotel and you will find Lidl next to it. Come out of the hotel and you will find a tram stop.

It was a good place. We did not have a nice view or any special amenities, but we didn't need them at that point. It would be nice to have a small refrigerator in the room.

The hotel staff was very helpful, friendly, and spoke excellent English. They helped us arrange a taxi for our very early flights home. The hotel was what we needed for our last couple nights in Poland. It was clean, secure, comfortable and not far from the airport. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had nice water pressure. There is also a grocery store across the street.

Room had single beds which we thought will be ok but it was not suitable for me and my wife. However this is not hotel problem but it will be good to arrange for a double bed for couples. Overall l enjoyed my stay even if l could not cuddle my wife all night due to a small bed ;)

Very clean room, great staff and they are very welcoming. Wide variety of choices for breakfast and you can eat until you are tired :). Well connected to public transport, shops and close to most attractions. I would recommend HV anytime.

The location is much further than what is written, about 5 km to the square. There is no refrigerator in the room and I think it is a lot of money for this kind of service and position. They charge for motorcycle parking as if it were a mobi vehicle. I think you can find much better accommodation for this money.

soundproofing is very poor we really heard everything from the hall and adjacent rooms on the floor very noisy plumbing The key cards probably didn't work and we needed to recharge them a couple of times at the reception

The room is really big The bed is large and super comfortable Breakfast was good (we were in the hotel 3 nights and every time the food was good) Lidl is just a couple steps from the hotel + the public transport also

I felt the smell of cigarets in the elevator - very strange. I cannot guarantee 100% it was cigarets, but 99% that was this type of smell. Breakfast was too expensive for what was given and for what prices are in other hotels. There were no USB sockets in the room.

This is absolutely great hotel. The room was quite big (bigger than expected in this type of hotels). Very comfortable and big sized bed, comfortable pillows, high speed WiFi and easy to connect, extremely friendly staff, free bottle of water in the room, electrical socket close to the bed. The hotel is located very close to the Outlet Shopping Center (a few steps away).
