Household appliances are super cheap. Hair dryer is generally dangerous to use. The cutlery is very bad. Good quality forks and knives in Ikea are not worth all the money in the world. parking near the house is not possible for use by guests of the apartments. we paid a fine, simply because we are not residents. and it is good that we reacted quickly and called the police

Authentic classic apartment building, feel like you live there and not a tourist. The location is perfect , 5 mins walk from the river, fabulous bars and restaurants in the immediate area, a 20 min walk to the main square.

Fabulous little studio flat in the loveliest part of town. Despite being super close to shops and bars etc the side street is very quiet.

The shower cabin could use an anti-slip mat and a holder shelf for the liquid soap.

We were a little unsure of getting to the apartment as you have to go up around 5 floor and then out onto a balcony but once we got used to it it was absolutely fine.

Great apart in a great location. Only about a 10/15 minute walk to the main square and around 25/30 to Krakow Glowny station. Bright airy and clean apartment and was well equipped.

It's wrong that they have other location in the booking and the apartment is in another location almost one kilometers far away. They said that they have the location of the reception. It's wrong!!

The drains smelled a bit, I missed a few tips on where to get groceries for breakfast and how to get around the city. Maybe a few maps and a guidebook would be nice. It was also a bit cold, so some instructions about the heating being turned down would be nice. We were disappointed that advertised Netflix was not pre-paid and any normal TV programme was unavailable.

The address on Booking did not match the actual one, which caused us confusion. We searched for the apartment for a long time. It was sent in a check-in letter, which we noticed too late... This must be corrected so that there is no confusion for tourists.

The cleanliness and living conditions were very good, as well as the location, close to almost all the sights of Krakow, good wifi, really good for a family. Communication with the host was easy. Thanks to our host!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable with just about everything you need provided. It was in a great location near bars, shops and restaurants in the heart of the Jewish quarter. The Jewish food trucks were practically on your doorstep and highly recommended. Apartment block was very quiet and safe . The bed was super comfortable and bath much needed after long days sightseeing. We made use of washing machine,dryer and dishwasher but didn’t cook as ate out or had take away/delivery. Plenty of cleaning materials provided. We didn’t sit on the balcony as wasn’t quite the sitting out weather and not the nicest view. We had a wonderful time in Krakow and would definitely return to this beautiful apartment 5 ⭐️ We personally would have preferred curtains/blinds for privacy

I try to get in touch on the day of my arrival with the manager’s, I texted and called but have received no answer. I asked them if I can check in earlier and they told me to call on the day but not heard anything back.

The hallways of the building (not the apartment itself) didn't smell nice. stagnant water sort of smell. The apartment itself smelt great. Further, wifi was terrible.

Everything was simply perfect! The apartment was very nice and cozy, bed was very comfy and hosts were really kind and communicative. The location is very good, about 20-30 minutes' walk from main attractions and 5 minutes' walk from the Jewish Neightbourhood. The area is surrounded by lots of cafés, restaurants...I highly recommend this appartment!!!

The hairdryer. A proper hairdryer would be better. The one provided took ages to dry your hair.

Great location, close to lots of lovely bars, restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries. Perfect for sightseeing. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Staff were extremely helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely return.
