Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

LatviaI stayed at Hotel Twins during my trip to Warsaw and was very satisfied. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. The area is quiet, which made it easy to relax after a busy day in the city. The staff were polite and helpful, and check-in went smoothly. Breakfast was fresh and had enough variety. Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay. Overall, the hotel matched my expectations perfectly — good value for money and a comfortable place to stay. I would definitely come back.

United KingdomA rain pipe on the roof missing, and dropped a whole roofs worth of rain, all day, all night, onto our roof. Constant noise, like a hammer hitting our roof. Easy fix. The water got completely turned off before bed about 1am. Couldn’t clean my teeth nor have a shower. In the morning the tap water, shower and toilet water was brown / muddy. So I believe the city was to blame for that one, not the hotel itself. But it did put a damper on the experience.
Staff were very friendly, spoken English for me, thank you! The food in the Steak Garden, literally amazing. I had chicken and roast potatos. Very nice. The hotel is clean. Room was huge for the price (room 9). Beds were comfortable. Easy to control heat with opening ceiling windows. Clean. Quiet. Door open 24/7.
