I think the location and price of this hostel is unbeatable.

But there of course is tradeoff. It feels damp, there for sure is black mold, beds and pillows are uncomfortable, common space is small, problems with getting room code as we noticed few of people during our stay knocked on outer door to be let in. It is not clean, everything is old and broken. I think the owner should fix this thing up a bit and make sure it is cleaned properly, it would do wonders for reviews. I bet people would be ok to pay more as well.

It wasn’t clean, no bed cover, toilet and shower disgusting, window broken …..

They are SCAMMERS in Zakopane, I have booked one bed after I done all payments they sent me EMAIL that they can’t provide me with room and said to cancel from Booking.com and amount will be returned to me then I’ve cancelled but they didn’t confirm my cancellation and my money not returned also not picking the phone, I sent them email and I’ve called them so many times NEVER BOOK ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMMERS HOSTEL They act like they have some issues and push you to cancel then they won’t return your money back

They cancelled my reservation the day I was supposed to get there. I went there but no one was there. I tried to contact them via phone and email but no response from them. It put me in trouble as it was a long weekend and I hardly could find another place to stay.

Nothing, don't book this hostel at all It's unsafe and eventhough is cheap is not worthy at all

The lock for the room was broken (seemed like someone broke in)

Bins had been overflowing for a couple days by the looks of it, generally dirty, showers spilled out into hallways (flooring was obviously water damaged and likely mouldy underneath), upon arrival was emailed entry codes and told to pick a free bed, there were no beds with clean sheets, all still had sheets on from I don't know how many previous guests, lockers were insecure and I did not feel safe using them so had to sleep with my bags (located outside rooms and had screw heads accessible from the outside so any could be easily opened with a screwdriver), rooms didn't lock like they were meant to, pile of used bandaids in the corner of the shower, what looked like black mould on the ceiling. Overall dirty, unhygienic, insecure and just not good. Have photos of everything and will be filing for a refund.

The most disgusting accommodation I've ever been. Smelly, dirty, no one to call to, no keys to the rooms, beds were not made, mouldy walls.

Worst Experience ever! I 😤booked the hostel at 6:30pm and Target confirmed my stay. I arrived at 6:40pm. There was no one at the hostel and the doors were locked. I tried numerous times to call the phone number provided that said it was open to receive calls till 9pm. No answer. Phone was turned off. I waited by the front door for 1 hr! No one came nor did they email me the code for the front door like they were suppose too. I called booking and they told me they would try to contact the hostel. But I had to give them 1 hr to rely. So I waited. By this time 2 hrs had past. I got no phone call from booking or Target. At this point it was 8:30pm 😡 I finally received an email from Target saying they could no longer accommodate me. At this point it was nearly 9pm with no hotels available :/ it was stressful terrible experience. I’m still waiting for a refund from this place. Would recommend to anyone. Terrible service!

The room, beds, and bathrooms exhibited visible mold, raising concerns about cleanliness and health standards. Several beds in the room had broken boards; despite reporting this issue, no action was taken. In one instance, a guest actually fell through a broken bed onto another person below, indicating a serious lapse in maintenance and safety protocols

I can't answer this question becasue finally I didn't stay there. No-one asnwer my phones . I have been waiting over 1 hour for someone to come over and give me any information. I didn't get any information so I booked another hotel to stay. I ask for refund for hole amount which I have already paid.

It was cheap. If you re only gonna stay one night and you need only a bed for the night, then this is okay. The outside door was always open. People were sleeping in common areas. At midnight someone broke into our room with physical force. But thankfully left without explaining why he did that. Toilets were dirty. And very small. It was impossible to do your business comfortably. Bathrooms were okay. Mine was clean. Bed was thin but at least clean. There was electricity outlets next to bed. Which is always great. Internet was not good. it took too long to upload photos and videos to instagram. There is no locker inside the room, no place to put your things. I kept my day backpack in the bed with me during the night. Others belongings were all on the floor. Lockers are on the hallway. But noone care enough to use their own number. The locked assigned to my bed was occupied. I took another random number hoping someone else wont break it. Fortunately nothing happened. I dont regret it. Cause i only use it to sleep. Left very early for hikes and came back and slept. If you need more from a hostel, look somewhere else.

Hostel personnel should spend more time in the hostel to keep it decent. Hostel have potential but need more security and cleaning.

The people who was in the same room , they look lovely and friendly

I booked it when i saw the photos, and when i passed i noticed that it's not clean as the photo and it seems like someone still sleeping on the bed like they didn't change it fot a week and I contacted with them to cancel it and they denied it , so i booked another hostel because it's impossible to stay there in Target hostel

Location and price, pay for what u get

No bed sheets, no blinds, weird drunk guy at the hostel, no lock on door (anyone could’ve walked in and taken our stuff), no staff visible most of the time

We ordered the room with double bed,but we didn't got it. The owner didnt sent any code-entrance and room. Acsidently the main door was opened by other guest,so we slept anywhere. The doors of the toilets is broken.

Bedding looked kinda clean, good location

No reception, gave us a room that is full, we had to search for free beds ourselves. Some of the lockers were broken, some was full of random things. At some point there was no toilet paper. Fridge full of nasty food, showers full with old razors and product botles. Beds didnt feel safe, they were loud, squeeky and vobely. We also helped other people to find free beds, because they also received a code for full room (not ours). No one answered the phone.

The shower miraculously works. There’s a working fridge and a microwave.

Be prepared for: - Getting no pillow on your bed and using your backpack instead. - No power socket even remotely close to your bed. - Sockets in common spaces don’t work - so there is NO way of charging anything without begging other “lucky” guests to let you use their sockets - No window blinds and street lights just outside the window. - No A/C - Missing door handles, taps, WC flush buttons
