Great location, cozy rooms with a lovely rustic style. The small spa with saunas and a hot tub was perfect for relaxing. Convenient on-site parking and a top-quality restaurant right next door made the stay even better. Highly recommend!

The staff members were kind and exceptional especially Martina. I was hiking alone and she was very caring that I got back safely. I needed clothes washed and that was taken care of. Professional and kind.

Internet on the top floor wasn’t working properly but this was the only issue.

- clean service may be improved, the sheet was not clean on the day of arrival (however the staff at reception gave us a new one, the problem resolved quickly) - the fridge didn’t work in our room. Need some general check before check in of the client - problem of insulation, can hear clearly the neighbors, even though they are just talking normally.

- staff very kind, can solve problems immediately - location is perfect, near the train station/bus station and the supermarket/resto - wellness service - clean service not every day (0 time during 5 nights), very good for ecology/environment

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Zakopane! The hotel is very new, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from the train station, and perfect if you’re planning to visit the Aqua Park or Morskie Oko. There’s also a supermarket nearby for added convenience. The room was spacious, cozy, and offered beautiful views. Right next to the hotel is a restaurant where you’ll enjoy a superb breakfast, and it’s also a great option for other meals. The staff were very friendly, cheerful, and always happy to help. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Zakopane!

Exceptional place and very well located. Thank you in particular to Julia at the reception, who has been super helpful. The place is clean and provides very nice amenities. Just a few steps away from the Main train station, it is also about 15min away from Krupowki.

The water pressure is really not the best.

Bed was very comfortable although on the smaller side. Breakfast was wonderful, garage parking is a great perk. Location for me personally was just perfect, 10 minute walk to the city center, the grocery store, if you need one, is just a minute away.

Car park ramp very steep. Don’t park down there if it’s icy.

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. Lovely breakfast and a spa that made you feel like a Bond villain. Restaurant attached is also lovely with excellent food and good value.

The walls are a little thin, but this does not spoil the impression of the hotel.

Nicely designed, high quality hotel in the center of Zakopane. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is very delicious, a great start to the day. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant one evening, we were satisfied with the food. We really enjoyed the wellness after the excursions and skiing. Parking in the garage was a big bonus for us. We will definitely return, we had a great time.

Fantastic new hotel! Great location - 5 min walk from railway station. Very comfy beds, quiet. My son loved his "nest" under the roof. Everyting is top level new and stylish. Smart toilet! cute little spa (3 saunas, hot tub and a salt room). Area with toys for small kids. Great restaurant, delightful atmosphere, but on weekend you might need to book a table. Delightful breakfast.

It wasn’t a major issue but one thing to flag is that they don’t clean the rooms, it’s more like an apartment service in a hotel.

Great facilities, it was very clean and a nice walking distance to the town. The spa area was really nice, and it’s a nice touch to have a little corner with teas and coffees.
