Driving the streets is a little stressful because of the pedestrian traffic and confusing roads. Don't drive if you can avoid it. Nothing to do with the hotel, but the unsolicited offers I encountered with my sons on the street at night to attend shows not intended for families were surprising. The rooms are tight, but manageable. I also did not take advantage of the rooftop. It was locked when I tried to access it.

The location was amazing. It was made better because I found a parking spot two blocks from the hotel (which was not free, but worth it). The staff was very friendly and helped us set up a few excursions. The on-site restaurant was good as well. The beds were pretty comfortable, water pressure was good, the rooms were quiet, and the view of the church and street were nice.

There was no breakfast buffet as the - very tasty - breakfast was served, which we found okay during our vacation but honestly I can't imagine being in a rush and having e.g. 10 mins for breakfast in these conditions (even though the staff was friendly and they seemed to be doing their best).

The double bed is two single beds put together and you kinda sink in the middle Pillows are not very comfortable for my liking. Kinda stiff There is some mold in the bathroom but very minor. Can be fixed easily.

Very clean, quiet and orderly. Facilities are kept top notch and people working there are overly welcoming. Every hotel owner (especially those with 4 or 5 star ratings) should visit and see how a 3 star hotel beats them. By far one of the best if not the best hotel I have been to so far.

However, a few improvements can be done. First - to have internet connection to TV for the guest to be able to enjoy Netflix or just YouTube videos. And ! I didn't eat breakfast as it seemed super overpriced.

The location is top notch, Cannot ask for a better one,you're in the very heart of the beautiful old town. It's easy to get around the city and find places to eat ! I would recommend taking the room with the balcony, it is spacious, very comfortable and you have a beautiful terrace and the view of the basilica.

We couldn’t Ask for any better location than that one. In the heart of the old town of Gdańsk. Walking distance (2-10mins) to the main attractions of the city. Our room was based on the 3rd floor on the side of the building and we couldn’t hear and noise from the outside. Room was nice and clean with everything we needed. Very helpful staff, we were able to check in before 3pm (check in time) and after checking out we left our bags at the reception as our flight was after 12pm (check out time).
