Very friendly staff, clean and spacious room. Good location close to the A1 motorway, so you may easily travel to another cities in Silesia. Very good breakfast. No problem with parking at the back of the hotel. Even if parking is full there are places to park the car at the street free of charge.

The heating wasn’t ever on hardly , you get single duvet cover and a massive one pillow and same breakfast everyday which if you love cheese then it’s ok but at 7am … not for me haha.

Really helpful and polite with a smile woman at the front desk, but she doesn't speak any English or Russian, so it was impossible to understand anything.. glad my dad knew like 5 words in polish :) WiFi was not good..

Really comfortable bed, clean big room and bathroom, good and with choices breakfast! There's a kettle in a room, but you have to have your own coffee or tea.

Wifi did not work on Sunday. To be honest, the WiFi is always temperamental but not like this. Also had a single quilt on a double bed. Not really a problem as I was on my own, just odd!

Noisy road location. No lifts so with 3 heavy suitcases a baby and a pram….not ideal! Outdated interior, separate bathroom and toilet, concertina doors to the facilities, lumpy bed musty smell of old room.

Be careful! When you get your room key, you can use it to open every other room! We tried this with my brothers and his fiances room and we were able to open and walk right in.

The internet connection was not working and I asked the receptionist for help, but he did not take me seriously. Finally the old man at reception got mad at me and told me to go back to my room because he did not understand English. It was the worst response I have ever had.

We booked a room as the photos looked good. However our room was quite dull and didn’t look like the photos. It had a window that looked at a brick wall. There was no kettle in our room. There was no lift. We had to park on the road. The bed did not have a headboard. We did not know how to access the Wi-Fi

The downstairs dining area looked good. The bathroom was clean and quite bright with a good shower. The room was warm enough, the outside temperature was about 7 degrees the night we stayed.

When I entered there was no heating. Literally it was probably 10 degrees. I switched on the radiators but it didn’t help. The feeling was I am sleeping on the street. Even in the morning I couldn’t take a shower. It was still cold. Someone could just switched it on in advance. I cannot imagine how you can let someone stay in such conditions

Unfortunately, a big disappointment for two things. We arrived after midnight after a long flight and we just needed to sleep peacefully for 5 hours, before the next difficult journey. We had very little time. When we arrived at the room: 1. the 3rd bed was missing, because for 3 people there was only a double bed and nothing more. 2. The heating was on in the room, but it was as cold as a freezer. We are quite hardy, but given that it was minus 3C outside, we wanted to at least water the room, but it was very cold there. So all 3 of us piled into one bed in sweatshirts and whatever clothes we had and tried to sleep at least for a while. The idea that at 2 in the morning we are dealing with the bed, the heat, changing the room, it would take away a few precious hours of rest. So a big disappointment for me.

Check in, even the night, perfect and fast. Breakfast very good. The room was spacious

The Wifi was horrible. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. The first time they didn't have internet so before I confirmed my stay again I asked if they had fixed the internet issue and they responded that they had. So when I arrived, I checked and they had internet. 2 hours later, the internet went down and was off for 3 days. I couldn't perform work and do anything after hours. I had to go down the road to the McDonalds to use their wifi to download emails. I went back again afterward and had the same issue. I ended up leaving and going to another hotel.

When we arrived at property it was very cold inside. And only after 2h they switched on the heating radiators. We needed to wait some time until we got hit water in shower. In spite room was very clean, hair dryer in bathroom was in dust (looked like very old and dirty), tea spoon on table was banded and dirty. There are lot of comments about the bad wi-if and it's true, it's not bad, it's terrible.
