Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Pity there was no lift .There should have been two chairs to sit on in the bedroom , instead of sitting on the bed .Some of the cooked breakfast should be kept warmer ie. bacon ,sausage, beans and fried eggs as it was nearly cold .The toaster needs replacing .
The hotel is situated in a nice pleasant spot in Kazimierz , close to plenty of bars and restaurants .We liked the look of the hotel both the outside and the interior . We thought the bar area and beer garden are very nice. The food cooked to order - omelettes and scrambled eggs were very nice , and hot .

Perfectly placed in the old Jewish Qtr for exploring, great restaurants and bars, easy walking distance to the central square and castle. Good transport links to get about.
