Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. BelarusWe stayed at the room 103 and the bathroom door was hard to open/close as well as it didn't have a door handle. There was a hiccup approx. in the middle of the door track which required a strong force push to overcome it and fully open/close the door. Given the room is also designed for disabled people, it's an oversight.
Nice hotel with friendly staff. The room was clean and convenient. Smooth check-in experience.

SwedenPerhaps the combined shower and sink cubicle should improve the sinking system. water spills all area and that makes a bit difficult to brush your teeth there. Fortunately there is another sink in the toilet cublicle. Also, the lack of hairdryer sometimes is missing.
Surprisingly good for the price and location, offering a perfect combination of both. I would stay here again next time. The bed is very comfy. Even though the room is small, we had enough space to bring two big suitcases and two small ones.

PolandIn the room, you don't have any place for your stuff, just a few hangers. The staff was not very communicative. They didn't clean the room during my three night stay. The parking spot is paid and it's in the middle of a random place. It's not bad, I just don't think the hotel is worth 90-100 euros a night.
The best part of this hotel is the location. There's a lot to do around the area and all types of public transport.

United KingdomThere was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain, and while there was a SmartTV in the room it didn’t work well as all (no English subtitles or ability to properly connect to Netflix).
The location is great, super close to good tram/bus/train links. The property itself is fairly quiet, there is water provided which is nice, and the room is good size.
