Lovely hotel with friendly staff who spoke English. There was an arcade and bowling alley 2 mins away which my daughter loved. Decent offering for breakfast as well.

Convenient location, both at the main street and river. Good breakfast with lots of local cuisine choices (pierogi for breakfast!). Good choice at the hotel restaurant with seasonal dishes (asparagus in May).

Only the noise from the upstairs room - I guess nothing can be done.

Location very convenient - not so close to the city centre but well connected and close to the river. The room was quiet (well isolated from the external noise), but one could hear people walking in the room above, unfortunate if your neighbours are active in the middle of the night. Excellent breakfast, varied, which is appreciated during longer stay. It was my second stay at the hotel and that also says something.

My suggestion is to have additional electricity outlets/connections. The wall locations are not convenient. Especially near the bed. Today, people plug-in phones, laptops and other devices. Extensions on the floor that match the wall's color would be solution.

I liked everything. I visited for business. My needs were well satisfied. Breakfast we excellent. Service was excellent. This was my second visit. I will return. Thanks!

Sleep was disturbed by the guests in the room above - every step was very loud, probably due to the wooden floor.

The hotel is located in a busy area, but it's quiet. Close to the river, which is an additional bonus. Room was large, well equipped, and clean. Exceptional breakfast - with daily changes in the menu, fresh fruit and vegetables every day.

The bar was often unmanned and we had to try and find staff, often waiting 5 mins. Some people didn't bother to wait - lost revenue. Language was sometimes difficult but staff tried their best. We weren't aware of the Spa facility til we were leaving - we would have visited it

Breakfast good quality with plenty of choice. My brother requested fried eggs and happily got what he wanted The location was stunning, by the river- enjoyed a walk along the riverbank. Sat with a glass of wine in the autumn sun. Room very clean.

It was quite a walk from the centre. But thanks to that we could take some georgious walk to the city.

We loved the view, the breakfast at the terrace facing the river. The nice and helpful staff. The place is not the newest, but has lots of charm and the atmosphere is great. So highly recommended.

Fantastic breakfast, amazing staff, lovely vibe and quite quiet. Walked along the river into town as it was a little way out but we really enjoyed this aspect. Restaurant also wonderful. Loved sitting out on the deck in the mornings looking at the river over breakfast and a coffee. Totally worth the money.

Single use plastic cups for keeping the toothbrushes. Not enough hooks for towels, clothes, etc. in the bathroom.

The location near the river was picturesque and quiet. The hotel itself is very spacious, arranged and decorated in a pleasant way. AC was quiet. The complimentary drinks in the room were satisfactory.

There's nothing interesting nearby, also no shops around. You probably need to take the tram each time you'd like to go anywhere (they are fast and go often though)
