Thank you for your review. We do not really know what cleaning schedule you mean. Our Housekeeping cleans during the guests' stay, approximately 11:00-16:00. If you ran out of towels, we are very sorry, but the error has been fixed. We do not accept EURO cash payments at the facility, this is the hotel's policy.

Thank you for your opinion! Our staff is of a very high standard, as evidenced by the opinions. During your stay, we were not informed at the reception about any of the things you mentioned, and there were no questions about the pillow, slippers or other items. As for breakfast, it is a buffet plus hot dishes, which in our opinion are sufficient. If, of course, the guest would like to order more, you can always ask the staff, this is a normal rule that applies everywhere, both in restaurants and at hotel breakfasts. On these days, the Manager personally worked the morning shifts. All guests were informed about the possibility of ordering hot dishes and treated equally. 80% of guests on this date are foreigners, and we always treat everyone in the same way, with courtesy. All reception staff have an advanced level of English. We therefore feel that the comments regarding our staff are unjustified. As for the gift from the reception, your e-mail contains information that it is a free coffee, so everything was clear. Of course, we thank you for your opinion, but we have the impression that you rated the staff by mistake. If you think that the opinion is justified, we would ask you by e-mail for examples of specific situations in which you felt neglected by our staff.

We responded to your request for a room in the same way. We can only try to allocate such a room, but when the hotel is very busy it is impossible, then the rooms are assigned randomly. We are very sorry, but despite soundproof windows and doors, street noise will still be audible. We are right in the city center, it is inevitable.
