While breakfast was included in our stay, the limited number of guests seemed to affect the food quality. Some items, such as sausages, were in short supply, pancakes appeared to have been prepared earlier and simply reheated, and unfortunately, the yoghurts provided were past their expiration date. We opted not to address this with the staff, as we felt there was little to be gained—neither a future discount nor improved food options. Instead, we left the expired yoghurts visible with their dates showing, to discreetly alert others. In the afternoon we ate at the restaurant, food felt heated in a microwave too, but at least the taste was decent. \ We also found an empty "Red Label bottle" in our room. Not a big deal, just funny, as it was in a pretty visible spot.

Strong and reliable Wi-Fi connectivity, nice parking spot, liked room interior, working elevator, room maintains a comfortable and warm temperature, tea, kettle, cups, water bottles included, well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing bathroom, attractive and inviting lounge area within the restaurant, restaurant staff, particularly one lady, was notably helpful and patient, convenient and well-situated location.

The shower had low water pressure. The room heater was not functioning well, leaving the room uncomfortably cold.

The soup and the shrimp spaghetti were so delicious.

I did not like that my room (401) did not have connectivity to the WiFi. I disliked that the bed in my room (401) sunk on both sides. I disliked that the shower heads and faucets had mildew.

I like that the staff was very nice, even though we had some language barriers. I liked that my room had air conditioning, as the days were quite warm.

I did take notice that the bathroom of my room could have been cleaned better. Mildew was spotted on the shower heads; both shower stall and tub.

The breakfast was typical cold cut meats, cheeses, and pastries. The apartment room was very elegant. The staff were very accommodating. The bartenders were great. The hotel restaurant had delicious entrees.

I think the mattress was too soft. It sags too much and doesn't support the body enough. A stiffer, more supportive mattress is more comfortable in my opinion.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and it was beautiful. There was a very friendly atmosphere among the staff. A convenient location made it easy to explore local attractions and amenities. At breakfast, the waiter offered each guest a choice of three types of omelettes. The rest of the food was available at the table buffet. Also, the front desk was open 24 hours a day, so we were able to check in late at night

We do not recommend the hotel restaurant. We had dinner at the arrival day, and breakfast the next day. A disputable quality of food - looked like the local variations of popular dishes, hardly eatable. The cleanliness needs significant improvement: on the dinner night the paper napkin had greasy stains - replaced by the waiters upon request, the table cloth with old stains, not removed during washing. At breakfast there were traces of previous guests on our table, quite disgusting. The stale bread and parched scrambled eggs rounded off an unpleasant experience.

We booked an apartment, and it was as seen on the pictures. A very big and clean bathroom, a big room, and a comfortable bed, and a decent price.

Noisy. Busy traffic outside, walls between rooms thin so can hear occupants in adjoins room and noise from reception carried to my room.

The only suggestion I have is to add a hook near the washbasin. It would be a small but useful addition that would make it easier to keep the area organized. Nonetheless, this did not significantly impact my stay and I still had a great experience.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic, and the exceptional care for guests was evident in every aspect. The perfect convenient location made it easy for me to get around, and the friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the thermostatic faucet in the bathroom shower was a nice touch that showed the hotel's commitment to guest comfort. The on-site restaurant was also very pleasant and added to my overall positive experience.

Wonderful hotel! Big rooms. Very good location. Aldi and Rossmann stores across the read. Lidl store and Rywal shopping mall 10 minutes on foot. Also bus station nearby. Very hearty breakfast and great restaurant in the hotel with good prices.

Other customers making lots of noise throughout the night, and I could smell cigarette smoke from another customers room in my room while trying to sleep

The staff were very friendly... Gabby was awesome and made a special blend of tea for me.... Also Anna, Veronica and Alexandra were very friendly... They made my time there easier :)
