I have stayed here before around 2 years ago. Another good experience especially considering the ongoing renovation work after the recent fire that badly damaged part of the hotel. Despite this, the staff seemed to cope very well. My room was clean and comfortable with very good air-conditioning when needed. Breakfast is exceptional with a great selection of both hot and cold food and drinks. I used the pool and wellness area a lot during my stay, that this time included sauna rituals that were well planned and executed.

The reception staff was very helpful. I couldn't open my room card, but they immediately took care of it accompanied to my room. Breakfast was sparse, but I'd like to thank the staff. The bathrobes, towels, and other supplies in the room were sufficient. Thank you very much.

The door handles wobble, the door closes slowly, the smell of the pool is felt (some kind of smell in general).

From the outside, the hotel is promising, but inside it seems that the hotel has seen a lot - it lacks a sense of cleanliness and freshness. Anyway, everything is fine, but very small details are completely unimportant, but they form the general picture that it can definitely be better

It was a wedding party in the restaurant and that is why it was really noisy even at room , even at night (after 00:00).

After sauna, some guests went directly to the swimming pool without showering, some of them even kept the towel inside the swimming pool. We were told by the staff no to do it, but a few guests do not follow the instructions.

All the Sauna experiences, the Seanse saunowe were a good experience. The staff is very helpful and kind, from reception to Sauna area, all of them, big thanks. The room was good size for 4 people, beds are comfortable, clean. The breakfast had many options, sweet, salty, cakes, fruits, many variations and all was fresh. In the Sauna area, Patrick asked to people to follow the rules, thanks Patryck for that, you make the experience more pleasant. Thanks Katarzyna from reception too. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the other person there. I definitely would back there.

Position of the bed (difficult to get intk for the person against the wall), size of the room, out of date furniture. No smart TV; in fact, really out of date TV. Paper thin walls - noisy.

Not much really. A very minor point that didn't really affect me, a curtain was missing from one side of the door to the balcony.

Very attentive and helpful staff who spoke perfect English. Nice decor both inside and out, with a good bar/restaurant and health spa area including a pool. My room was clean and tidy with effective air conditioning and a nice balcony to relax on. The room was also quiet and I slept well on all 4 nights of my stay. The reception staff were happy to arrange packed breakfasts for when we needed to make an early morning start.
