Construction works in the relaxation area, while I was using facilities, opening hours of the pool could be adjusted to suit guests more.

Fantastic location, beautiful dining area, lovely staff, and exceptionally clean. I requested a change of the room and received excellent support based on that will absolutely be returning to Sabala. Thank you for our lovely stay.

Small shower cubicle in the bathroom

Brilliant location, lovely looking hotel inside and out. Good balcony from our room. Good breakfast buffet, good pool and sauna. Our final day we checked out before breakfast had started, so we arranged with them to have takeaway breakfast ready to pick up in the morning, this was excellent.

I had an absolutely fabulous stay! The place was impeccably clean, cosy, and warm, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing experience. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved that hot drinks were available all the time – such a nice touch! The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I will definitely be coming back!

The opening hours of the spa could be extended. After long day of hiking and dinner would be great to go to the pool/sauna but it was close at 8pm. Or even in the morning before breakfast would be great to go for a swim but it was closed too.

What I didn’t like was that there was no trash can or mini fridge in the room.

The service was excellent, the room was spacious, the shower was comfortable, and it's located right in the center of the promenade with everything nearby.

Amazing room, shame there was no lift as we stayed in the third floor. This didn't bother most of our party so was not major. Staff were amazing, room was amazing, top floor with exceptional view of the mountains. Room was cleaned daily with new towels and facilities were awesome. Pool was a little cooler than expected but ok and sauna was great size. Be aware that they're is no male and female changing rooms at the pool unless you change in the private showers. Also to get to the pool go along the forest floor and up some stairs. A little walk but not far at all. Windows that you could open in all rooms, air con, tvs in all rooms, amazing. In the double room the double windows opened fully and gave a great view up the street. Such great views from all rooms. Location was amazing, right in the heat of the main Street. You could hear the music playing from local places and the restaurant attached looked good, although I didn't eat there. Top floor room have amazing views, two seperate bedrooms within our room plus a pull out sofa bed and separate private bathroom for our party as well as using the pull out bed as a sofa in the communal area.

The Hotel Location was fantastic right in the Centre of the town. It had a great restaurant and rooms where clean and well presented. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Parking is hard. No English speakers at the reception. The toilet flush is not working perfectly.
