Royal house is an exceptional place. It is very comfortable with all the necessary things one would need when on holiday. It is situated in a very good location, close to the station and not far from the centre and Gubalowka mountains. There is a mini market very close..less than a minute walk. The host is very helpful and friendly. He made us feel at ease and always helped us in whatever we needed.

Cozy comfortable house. The interior was modern with lots of small beautiful details. The walk to the city center takes 15 minutes. The nice owner prepared a surprise for us upon arrival.

The property is pristine and has been decorated and fitted to a high standard throughout with little luxurious touches . The beds were very comfortable too. My daughter loved the stairs which have light sensors as you walk up and down them . Netflix, and Disney plus are installed on the tv’s in the property too which is a bonus for relaxing after a long day exploring. We met the owner , who is kind and very helpful. Only a phone call away . Everything is walking distance ( the Main town and street are 10 minutes walk). You can easily walk to buses if you want to go further, maybe to the thermal spa, which is about 30 mins away on the bus . Although everything is close by - This beautiful property is in a quiet location! This was an important factor to us when booking somewhere to stay. !We got a taxi from the bus station which is 5 mins . ( We don’t travel light )There is a big supermarket 7 mins walk . Outdoor Ice skating rink ( possibly only in the winter) 6 mins. Honestly this accommodation is in a great location. We would absolutely recommend saying at Royal House to anyone ! Thank you for having us ! We will definitely come again 😊

The property is stunning, truly luxurious with high-end finishes and state-of-the-art technology, It had everything we could possibly need, and more. I highly recommend staying here; it exceeded all our expectations!

The house is around 10 min walk to the centre and nearly the same distance away from train station. Everything was clean and renovated, beds are comfy. Our host was very helpful and nice. It was pleasant and unproblematic stay and we definitely would recommend it

A nice, new and functional cabin. Everything was clean and very well equipped. The charcoal grill in the yard was nice! Friendly service and overall a good experience. The cottage is in a good location near services.

Beautiful, modern house in a great, quiet location - about 10 minutes walk to the train/bus station and Krupówki. Everything in the house is clean and well maintained. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back again. I highly recommend this place.

Royal House Zakopane is the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect — especially the host, Damian. He is incredibly helpful, having checked my information in advance and kindly assisted with an early check-in. I asked him several questions about the hiking trails, and he was always patient and friendly. The furniture is very comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean. This place truly made my stay in Zakopane unforgettable. Thanks to Royal House Zakopane, the whole experience felt even more special — it made Zakopane shine. I will strongly recommend this place to my friends and family. I hope they can stay here too and have a great conversation with Damian — it’s truly worth it. I travel a lot, but this is the kind of place and host that makes a trip feel like home. If you want to have a wonderful experience here, please contact the host directly.
