Parking was busy

Everything was perfect for our family stay: the pool, sauna, food, children's play area, and activities were all excellent.

The beds could be more comfortable. There is no information about the car parking fee before booking or in reception when checked in.

Nice place, located not far from Mikolajki. Even in October was nice staying there. Spa with swimming pool is awesome. Also in this time the year was good that they have so nice restaurant. Kids liked dedicated play room with table tennis and Playstation.

Our room was rather small, and beds were super soft, not to our liking, but that's minor disadvantages compared to all.

Wonderful location and very nice amenities, especially pool zone and kids' playroom. Breakfast was also very nice. Highly recommend staying here with kids of any age.

Spa wasn’t open so very disappointed as we planned to relax, also I got a room above privet party and couldn’t sleep till 1am as the music was so loud. I had very important meeting next day but because I didn’t have good sleep I was exhausted 😩 very disappointed

We recently stayed at this hotel expecting a 4-star experience but were thoroughly disappointed. The hotels facilities are outdated and unsuitable for 4-star hotel establishment. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, and sheets visible old. The indoor pool was small and constantly crowded...

Uncomfortable bed & rather noisy. Screaming kids & barking dogs. The sort of hotel you should avoid if you want some peace & quiet. Thankful I only booked one night since it was only a waypoint on a longer journey.

Nice location. House Martin nests above the balconies, which was nice.

The illusion created by the hotel, with photos of relaxation, spa, wellness, and tranquility, does not correspond to the actual experience. If you expect a peaceful holiday for two or with friends, this hotel may not be suitable. The pool and jacuzzi are crowded with toddlers, the saunas are miniature, and the chlorine smell is noticeable from a distance. The bedding is of poor quality; for a four-star hotel, one would anticipate better than synthetic materials.

The breakfast exceeded expectations and was surprisingly plentiful, orderly, and fresh.

Old hotel, no investition, must be renovated, the staff very bad, no atention, no elementary respect for guests

Advertises as family friendly and it is but with extra cost, baby bed costs 40zl per night which is a lot. Parking is also extra, it was sometimes hard to find parking and we had to park further away. Breakfast restaurant didn’t always have enough tables for guests and we had to wait for a free table. Air conditioning also costs extra.

Spa overpriced, poor service, warm beer, waited over 5 minutes for a beer that takes 30 seconds to open the bottle.

Spa was overpriced, 240 zl for 40 minutes classic massage. We came 4 minutes late and were informed that the massage will be 4 minutes shorter. We were last customers anyway and they did finish massage 15 minutes before closing.

We order a dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was terrible. Food was over cooked and seem that the ingrediant was 10days old. There was busy maybe 30% table’s but we waited food more than a hour. The waiter was do not know english at all. Spa zone was very small, and jacuzzi it’s max for 4 kids or 3 adults only. But I guess it’s ok on the low season.

The hotel is very old, room’s decorations have at least 40+ years, not nice, the swimming pool area and Breakfast is 4* but the rest should no more than 3*
