We love every moment in the hotel. Room and whole hotel are beautiful, great swimming pools and relaxing areas. Breakfast at the hotel was great.

Great location for those who want to go on hiking trip. As it was my intention. Tatra National Park is only a few minutes' walk from hotel. Great breakfast with plenty of options. The lobby bar is exceptional with great options. Arriving quite late on a weekday evening meant that the local restaurants had already closed their doors. Thankfully, the hotel's lobby bar offered food&drinks options.

However, the pool area can get quite crowded, and for this price, we would expect some extra touches in the room — like hair conditioner and body lotion. Also, the pillow was a bit uncomfortable.

We’ve stayed here for the third time already — it’s definitely our favorite compared to other similar resorts in Poland. The breakfasts are delicious, the hotel is generally well-maintained even though it’s not brand new. There are plenty of activities for kids. The cocktails at the bar are really good. Great place for a relaxing family holiday!

The pillow wasn’t comfortable enough

Location great, staff was really nice and friendly, hotel nice, clean, comfortable. Spa was good, liked that there is 18+ zone for saunas.

Even tho the hotel looks modern, sometimes you can find details that show some wear and tear. What was a total let-down was the wellness and pool facility. The swiming pool itself was ok, a lot of families with childeren were there when we were there, but that's not the hotels fault. The saunas and the sauna area was poorly designed. Ignoring that most people didn't respect the rules and etiquette (e.g. being in saunas in swimsuits and most were loud), the floorplan was really weird. The showers offer no privacy when cooling down from the saunas, no cooling pool, only showers and a small ice-basin. So in short, if the hotel overall is a 5/5, the sauna area is a 2/5.

We attended a conference organised by our company, and decided to stay a while longer. The conference room is superb, the food provided was excellent. Overall the staff was helpful and everything was nice. Our company was tehre for a 3rd time, and i will be happy when we will be there again.

Soundproofing in the rooms could be improved; the neighbors in the adjacent room were a bit noisy, and they could be heard very clearly.

A luxurious breakfast, the room is very spacious, clean, and comfortable, the bed is very cozy, the staff is very friendly, the pool is clean, large, and warm, and there are always spots available on the loungers.

Reception could have been more helpful when one of our party misplaced their phone within the hotel.

Amazing breakfast, lots of variety and catered to different dietry requirements and nationalities. Even chocolate cake for pudding at breakfast.

Not a lot of restaurants around, but the ones that are near are also pretty good.

It was an incredibly cosy and warm place to stay. It has a nice wellness area included in the price, with 3 jacuzzis and not crowded. Sauna options are great as well with dry, infrared and two steam saunas. Room is surprisingly big and had a sofa. The place is really good for hikers as it is directly located next to the hills.

Had some hidden cost. I paid in advance but at the hotel I was said I have to pay some tax! I don't know why it wasn't mentioned in advance I was booking...

Paying for the parking at all is ridiculous, but requesting 30pln a day is just another level of greediness. I'd totally understand that for the second car though, but for your main one - come on.

Breakfast was not only great in terms of quality but service as well. Ingredients were refilled throughout the whole breakfast time, so even if i showed up late i still got plenty to eat. Cleanliness. Good standard in rooms. Helpful staff.
