Sometimes, the access card of the parking does not work, but the staff were understanding. 3. Signs should be more clear in English, at least 4. Some are smiling so defecult, but they treat you well.

UkrainePlease don't believe in Hotel description: " exit to slope" Yes, opposite to the hotel there is a ski slope, but tis for Children!!! maybe only 50 m high slope and 200m length ! If you want a really sky slopes you need to drive to other ski stations. Hotel quite far from city centre. One day in the morning the Housekeeping Service brazently opened the door with their card for cleaning our room!!! In my opinion they can't enter the room if we don't ask to do it or don't place a sign "please make my room" behind a door. Not enough elevators in the hotel and especially on breakfast or dinner time when its crowds you can wait a long time for elevator! Rezydencja Nosalowy Dwór - truly says its 3 hotels like an one complex - and only one restaurant for breakfast and one lobby bar! Tool long response from Reception and Reception itself in our Hotel never worked after or before check in/out time, and if you need some info you should go to Reception in the next building
Breakfast is good, but every day same dishes! Pancake's are nice and tasty Good and really tasty "a la carte" restaurant on the road, near the entrance to the hotel complex, just 2 min walk from Reception. Gym is good with a nice mountain view.

PolandParking should be included in the room rate as it was when I was there last time. This is not really cool. Another thing- the hitting in the room not working properly, the wall heating switched off when outside was 5°C. We asked at reception desk and they brought us to the room electric heater.
Good location, very nice and clean room. Extremely good, regional breakfast. So many choices for everyone. There was even polish żurek soup. Hotel provides with coupons -15% for thermal pools- Termy Chochołowskie. Very elegant and modern hotel! Wi-Fi working good!
