Felt it was a little impersonal, staff etc. Also, I was there 6 nights and the room was serviced only once. I did see that someone came in another time and just refilled toilet paper but didn't clean or make beds. Other guests in room next to us and above us were quite noisy but obviously hotel cannot control that. I wish there was an English speaking TV station (like CNN or BBC news).

Breakfast was very limited in my opinion but doable. I don't know why there were never napkins provided?

If I had to be really picky, when you stay on the first floor the music can be heard still at 11pm would be nice to turn it off a bit earlier.

Very clean, friendly staff, great food and drink! What more do you need! Location opposite the main train and bus stations and a short walk to the town.

Friendly and polite welcome even though I'd used the restaurant door rather than that to reception. I was given room 14, a comfortable L shaped large room at the front of the hotel. I slept very well despite the muffed sound of the street and nearby railway station. Evening meal in the restaurant had generous portions and was very well priced. Breakfast had a good range of options to start the day. Well situated for travellers opposite the Zielona Gora railway station.

Ideal location for the station, just over the road. Nice room, very clean, and with a very comfy bed. Breakfast included in the room rate. A restaurant on the ground floor open until 21.00. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Maybe the bathroom don’t have any counter top in front of the sink to put your stuff in and the shower as well does not have any shelf to place your shampoo/soap. The TV in the

VERY CONVENIENT!! Love the place!! 100meters to the train station/bus stop/taxi stand, 10mins to the Focus Mall & Botanical Garden, Restaurants & Bar in the surrounding area.

The room was unclean. There were breadcrumbs on the floor and on the chairs. Tiles in the shower had some weird slime on them.

The hotel has a pleasant interior and a very good restaurant on the first floor. Breakfast was good too.

Asking "what coffee do you want?" in the moment I entered the breakfast room. I felt attacked in the early morning. Don't like to begin breakfast with making any decisions. Besides, coffee should be served after, not before.

Rooms were never cleaned and towels were never changed. We stayed for three nights. There were no toiletries, no slippers, just jelly soap in a box on the wall. Furthermore, we needed an invoice separately for each room.They gave us an invoice with just names and total amount. Although the receptionist told us he would change it, he neither arrived nor e-mailed the new one.

Staff was friendly and helpful.The hotel is opposite the station and its very easy to walk towards old town, university and city centre
