The bar service not very fast and difficult to understand, why can’t you order at the bar? Waiting for the waitress took some time unfortunately. Also the prices are slightly too high.

Nice hotel right in the centre of Gdansk by the river. Very good breakfast, polite reception staff, nice pool and sauna area.

However, the reception staff were quite slow, and requesting an invoice took a long time. I asked for the invoice in the evening, but in the morning the staff seemed unaware of it, and they also mentioned that they couldn’t see the information I had provided to Booking.com. This was disappointing. Unfortunately, the room was dusty. The desk clearly showed signs of use from the previous guest and was not properly cleaned. The plastic bag in the wardrobe was wrinkled and felt used, which gave a very unpleasant impression. I also believe the carpet should be removed, and the bathroom could be improved by simply adding basic amenities such as slippers and a toothbrush. These small details would make a big difference.

The hotel has an absolutely perfect location with a truly stunning view from my room. Staying in that room was a wonderful experience.

In the apartment there weren’t any cooking dishes or dishes at all as well as knifes, forks etc.. We were promised to get a drink each for not letting the staff to clean our rooms but got a small candy which wasn’t even good.

Our family had a wonderful stay. Next time, we will book a room with a river view! 😊 All the staff were nice and very helpful, including those at reception, the spa, the restaurant, luggage storage, and the cleaning staff. The spa facilities and breakfast exceeded our expectations.

I booked a room three weeks in advance and selected the option for two separate beds instead of one large bed. However, after the payment I was informed that the bed type would only be confirmed on the day of arrival. Upon check-in, the room did not match my request. It was disappointing, as it felt like my booking preferences were not taken into account despite making the reservation well in advance. If the hotel cannot guarantee bed configuration, it should not be offered as a selectable option. The room was generally clean, although some surfaces had dust. The main downside was the television – there was no Netflix or quality TV channels, which made it practically useless. After a day of walking around the city, visiting the spa and having dinner, it would have been nice to relax with a movie or a good program, but unfortunately this was not possible.

On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent, with a wide and varied selection.

Unfortunately there was a bar in the building and they started playing music around midnight until 2 or 4 in the morning. You could hear the beat in the building and I did not sleep in that time, but my husband did. The last night I put in my earplugs and listened to some relaxing music so I could fall asleep. I will do that next time every night.

We have booked a superior room with view to the river. A nice and spacious room with a lot of charm situated in an old building. Beautiful view to the river with a lot of activity. Nice beds and bathroom, the bedroom was separat. The room was on the 2nd floor and at the end so no rooms next to us on either sides. The building we were in had a lot of restaurants (the building is connected to the mainbuilding in door) and therefore many people. But closing the windows you could not hear them. Nice area close to everything. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly and hospitable. The bed was very comfortable and supportive. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice. The location was great - the river was at the back and very close to some lovely areas in Gdansk.

There is a nightclub somewhere nearby to the hotel so during the night stay, you can hear all the music which is not the best option if you want to sleep well. Maybe it’s just during the weekend I don’t know.

The Gym.

Everything is quite good, just there are no rooms with bath tubs and the gym is a bit underwhelming. Other than that it's quite the perfect place to go in Gdansk.

Unfortunately, there was some drilling noise at 9 AM, which wasn’t ideal for a relaxing morning. The bedspread had a few small hairs on it, which could’ve been cleaned more thoroughly. The bathroom had a dryer but no door on the shower (apparently by design), which might not suit everyone. Soap ran out during my stay, though I think it would’ve been easy to request more at reception

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which might just be the best in Gdańsk. It's located right in the heart of the city, making it perfect for exploring on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything was spotless, and the interior design is truly beautiful—modern yet cozy. I loved the little touch of complimentary snacks at the entrance. It made arriving feel extra special.

It was absolutely full, and we didn't use the spa facilities as the pool needed pre-booking, and we tend to be spontaneous swimmers. Also, our room, which was in the old granary section (and was apparently an upgrade), had a strong smell of stale cooking from the kitchen and was dark with no view except walls.

The location of the hotel is absolutely wonderful; right in the centre of the old city. The staff were lovely. The bed was very comfortable.
