We are delighted. We had a room in the palace and in the outbuilding. The one in the palace was very fancy, the one in the outbuilding was standard, everything we needed, and most important - very clean. Really nice and well-kept facility. Very important information for others - you can go from the outbuilding to the palace or the pool area underground, so it is really great for guests that they can move between buildings in bathrobes without worrying about the weather. DELICIOUS breakfasts. My partner has a gluten-free diet and the restaurant took care of him both in terms of bread and dessert. Thank you! Service - 10 stars. Each person deserves a personal thank you, but we will write in general that both the SPA zone, reception, restaurant and people taking care of the cleanliness of the facility were so nice, smiling and helpful that I heard from all three of my companions that if the Tri-City, this is the only hotel from now on we would be staying in. See you and thank you again! ☺️ PS. A lovely accent with Easter gifts.

This is a fantastic place to stay. The hotel has amazing style, is really comfortable and has great facilities. We loved our room (in the palace) with its free standing bath. We definitely hope to come back!

The spa is very convenient, the breakfast is amazingly tasty, and the room has everything one needs to rest and charge batteries. The location is not in the direct path of tourism which makes it unique and gives added value for those looking for chillout.

I was missing the shower or bd in the bathroom. Service charge for everything, I felt it was too much. Overprized parking at the 5 stars hotel.

This is a design hotel , we have stayed in the castle ( main building ). The design is really impressive. We had the William Shakespeare room, very nice room, with lot's of nice details, the bathtub is very cool. Nice dinner at the restaurant with cool approach to read the menu :) We were playing with those mirrors the whole evening. To have a Prosecco for breakfast was lovely, but it was only on Sunday :(

The location is a bit far away from any attractions (although you can walk to a train station - about 10 minutes and about 25 to get to the Gdynia Orlowo boardwalk). It's a very residential area, so there aren't many shops or other things open around. I wish the breakfast had more custom-made hot beverage options - I would've expected tea, coffee and other things to be brought to the table in a 5-star establishment, but everything was pretty much self serve. The soundproofing in the individual hotel rooms isn't great either, which could be an issue depending on where your room is located. Also, there was no luggage rack in my room and initially my room had only one not very fluffy towel. I also wish the table and chairs on the terrace that I saw in the photo advertising the property was available - there was nowhere to sit outside.

The property is super interesting, with a great backstory, and immaculately maintained. The park attached to it is beautiful, and it's wonderful to hear the sound of the pond's fountain from your room. The size of the room was good, although not huge, and I enjoyed the terrace that my room had and the ability to walk outside. The staff (esp. Anna) were courteous and helpful, and the spa area is beautiful. I wish I had had more time to enjoy it! The breakfast was also ample, with many cold and hot options, and many beverage options. The turndown service was nice too.

The spa was nice although it is located underground (no views/windows). Nice pool, spa, and saunas. The breakfast was exceptional with high quality and even sparkling wine as standard. Comfortable beds.

Very charming and relatively secluded boutique hotel. I chose a single room (Dickens) that was truly original, under the roof (hence without a proper outside view, since the three windows were above me). The room was impeccable, clean and originally furnished. The staff was kind and attentive. There was a very good selection and quality of food at breakfast. The property is only 1km from a vast public beach, the walk towards Sopot in a path under the trees is lovely. Overall I had a great stay at Quadrille and would definitely recommend it.
