There were two major things that made me quite unhappy. First of all the walls between rooms are so thin that I heard everything from the other room. The guest next door was singing (practicing for opera performance I guess) the first day and the second day early morning they were getting ready to leave around 5 AM and I also heard all the noises starting from shower and ending up with sound of their steps (walking back and forth in the room). I was not able to get rest and also not able to fully focus on my work. Second thing that I struggled with was the desk in the room. The chairs are not adjusted to the table and it was not comfortable for office work. The room is not adjusted to work in there.

Great staff, good value for money. Don't expect anything fancy. Beautiful outside, and great location but budget hotel inside.

The Wi-Fi wasn't working, and the reception staff didn't even apologize. It was cold in the room and in the restaurant. The elevator stopped working, and I had to take the stairs. The staff, just like with the Wi-Fi, didn't even apologize. I understand that the elevator can't be repaired right away, but I should have at least received an apology. I understand that this is not a luxury accommodation, and I never expected it to be. However, basic courtesy should apply to everyone. I believe that in a hotel, if I report an issue (caused by the hotel), I should at least receive an apology.

The hotel was very close to the center. Everywhere was in walking distance. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the center of Bydgoszcz. It made exploring the city so easy and convenient. The building itself is very cool and has a unique character. The room was clean, which is always a priority for me, so I appreciated that aspect. Overall, it’s a great spot if you want to be close to everything in Bydgoszcz.

the room were difficult to use, and one of the windows wouldn’t open. The kettle didn’t work, and I couldn’t turn on the TV—possibly because the remote wasn’t functioning. Additionally, one of the lamps didn’t work, which was a bit inconvenient. These small problems added up, but they didn’t ruin the experience; they were just minor annoyances.
