Please buy some new bedsheets! They are wored out very much and with such a small investment you would rate up your property value. As well as some hangers in the bathroom would be useful.

Location is central and great, lots of shops, coffes and restaurants around, can make good choices. Everything is within walking distance.

The distance between the key-collecting point and the apartment is not close. We went there by taxi, took out all the luggage, then we had to walk with all that luggage to the apartment. It could not be convenient with people with many luggage.

A/c is old and makes a lot of noise when working. On booking it was advertised that toiletries were included, but we were only given one small single use soap packet each for a two nights stay. I don't know if showering daily is not common in Poland, but for me it's unthinkable not to. Luckily I had my own soap, but it should not be advertised as "toiletries included" if what you give is not even enough for a single shower, let alone two.

It was clean and the position was good. The room was not very spacious but had everything. The view on the city was amazing.

Picking up the keys at the restaurant can feel a bit awkward, especially since we had to do it in the middle of the night. Although I have to say the instructions were very clear and everything went smoothly. Another downside was the unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom pipes whenever the water was turned on.

The apartment was lovely, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location was excellent—central, with great views and a very pleasant balcony.

We did not receive the booked apartment. Somehow it was changed before the arrival. TV should be a more modern model.

The apartment Zgoda 13 is in the city center. 4th floor. Everything is nearby: restaurants and shops. Easy to walk to the old town. Communication with the customer service was clear. Easy to take the keys from the nearby restaurant. WiFi was well functioning.

Nothing is wrong with this apartment. It may be ideal to get keys from locker situated on site rather than having to pick them up from a nearby location but not really an issue. If only they had another curtain, perhaps the sun would not wake you up at 530am but it was great like that as well 😀

Hosts very helpful. Central location with stunning view of Cmielna Steet. Basic facilities also available.

The location was great, near the Pałac Kultury i Nauki, central railway station and right in front of metro station. We payed a few PLN extra for view and it was really worth it. The kitchen is well equipped, with stove, fridge and microwave. The keys are picked up in a near (but not so near) restaurant, where you can also get a 20% discount on meals. The food there is really delicious. Near the Appartment is Bar mleczny Mleczarnia Jerozolimska, where they have affordable and tasty meals. All in all it was a great experience and great value for money.

I arrived a bit later in the evening (8pm) and finding the place was a nightmare. The directions provided were not particularly clear. Once located, access was easy and as described. For future ref... find the chemist next to the Intercontinental... stand facing away from the shop towards the green park area. The first block on the right on opposite side of the road is where the apartment is.

Nice enough little apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Located right in the business district and only a two minute walk from the main central station.

The building is a tad run down (visibly under gradual refurbishment but lacking a lot) hard to find a parking spot, rusty shower shelf falling down on one's feet is not an expected occurrence.

Conveniently located in the midst of the centre of Warsaw, small but tidy (even though would require TLC soon). The process is smooth and void of surprises.

Heating was a bit to high, but I was able to regulate it. The area is under renovation, but I am sure that it will end up being a great place when they finish the work.

Location is great! Very close to the commercial district and around 10-15 minutes from the historic centre. It's like a high end dorm for students. Nothing big or luxurious, but enough for a short stay on a budget.

The apartment I got assigned is not even close to the picture shown. The rooms shown in the app were much newer than the one I got. Entrance was in the back and had to walk around the building to find it since it wasn't well identified.

The pillows and bed were not very comfortable, but they were still very OK.

Everything was excellent overall, including the location, kitchen equipment, tea/coffee, kettle, cleanliness, room view, shower gel, and towels. Also, even though it was freezing outside, the heating was perfectly working, and the room was super warm. We recommend this place, and we’ll be back.
