The owners were kind, but they only spoke Polish and didn’t respond to our messages on Booking, which made communication a bit difficult. The bathroom had limited toiletries, only enough for one day. Also, we were disappointed that the room did not have the mountain view shown in the pictures—we got a view of the parking lot instead. We stayed in the room with the pink/blue mountain wall. If the view is important to you, make sure to confirm it before booking.

I still give this place a 10, but the main bead in the top floor - the matress should be reviewed it's too soft so not really comfortable

It is a true gem. Clean, spacious, everything you need is there. The owner lives on the second floor, so the house is a home. There are even books on bookshelf to borrow. And the back yard for kids to swing or to play football with a background of mountains. I read that wifi is a problem, but we only had small issue, and even separate strong signal on the last floor.

Bed could be improved. Bridge repairs make some traffickers, but they should be ended soon and not guests house responsibility.

It was a little bit difficult to understand how to get to the place from Zakopane. It seems a better option for those who have a car.

Everything was new and clean. The room itself was very cozy and the view from balcony was amazing (if the sky is clear)

The only thing that disturbed us was not about the facility or the owners, it was the neighbours mowing the grass with lawn mowers almost all day long...

The owners were wonderful people. We liked them so much. They made our stay magical as we had a wonderful view of the Tatra Mountains from our balcony. We were very lucky as there was rain those days, which we just sat and enjoyed it... thanks for everything

great views from balcony, rooms were clean and very cozy. great location between morskie oko and zakopane centre. in the room is a mini fridge and there is a shared kitchen with all that you need. the owner/worker waited for us 2h after last check in time😍 free parking on the property

One of the great apartments we have ever stayed, very beautiful view of the mountains, very cosy apartment with everything you need for the living, very comfortable beds, great garden with football ground and places to rest. Parking by the house, Zakopane and other main touristic places are just 10-15 minutes drive, shops are also 10 minutes

Nothing to say, everything was perfect. Only soundproofing could be better.

Clean room, amazing Mountain View, very nice and kind owners. There is a possibility to use a shared kitchen with all necessary equipment that is very comfortable. We stayed here with our cat and really appreciate our vacation. Highly recommend.

One of the flush systems in the bathroom was not working but it didn't affect us as the second one was working.

Price/ value WiFi close to none Nobody speaks any other language than Polish. Cold rooms, they had floor heating installed that was not possible to adjust from within the apartment.

Fairly close to everything that you might want to see Well-equipped kitchen Quiet enough to get a good night's sleep when you do not have noisy neighbours.
