2 of the 5 beds were very creaky. The apartment was very hot and there was no way to turn the temperature down, and the window was not openable. The situation was saved by the patio door, but smokers often sat there, their smoke coming into the apartment.

I liked the availability of bed linen and towels. For overnight stays. I wouldn't want to stay longer.

The main drawback or the facility is that our rooms were directly by a smoking terrace, thus it had a smell of cigarettes and it was impossible to open a window for fresh air without breathing the smoke at the same time.

The price was good, as was the location of the property. The facilities had everything we needed for a short stay. It had a fridge and a small kitchen, everything was clean.

Receptionist couldn't speak English. But I don't blame them tbh, because it is Poland. So it's definitely recommended that you learn the basic Polish before you go in or use Google Translate. At night it can also be dangerous around the hotel as the streets are very quiet. If you catch a long distance bus or train, I suggest you take a Bolt taxi. Might be a bit expensive at 10 zloty for a close distance ride, but it's worth it for your own safety,

Location close to the town centre of Czestochowa, which made it within walking distance from the railway station or long distance bus station.

You park on the street, no private parking as they state. The road is very busy even at night, trains are heard near. Seems not as a safe place to leave a car. And very noisy to sleep. Rooms have bad odour from smoking in the showers.

It was not far from the main highway that we travelled. Got tea kettle.

BED BUGS! We tried 2 different rooms and they had bed bugs in both! Then the owners refused a refund when I refused to sleep in an infested hotel!

One of the hostesses sometimes got excited when we asked for a roll of toilet paper or when the delivery man brought us our food. Despite that, the other 2 were very nice and pleasant and a very comfortable place to spend a few nights

The truth is a very good place to spend a night if you stay in the city, no complaints and everything as if you were at home

We had issue with address and could not stay in this place. But the staff is very rude, they did not try to help us, even only judged us 'as you are telling lie' etc. I was shocked by their attitude to their customer. Also their answer rate to messages is so low as they answer messages after 3 or more days that this was main reason of our problem. Boking.com tried to help but as this rude person or team long time do not respond to clients, then they judge customer for not canceling property on time etc. It may be by conscious not to refund to customers. Do not recommend!

Nothing. We had to leave the apartment few minutes after we went into the room. We were met by a lady who couldn’t speak English so she could not help us with our complaints. Our room was in a semi basement, walking through a courtyard filled with dirty laundry. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, with dirty linen and soiled mattress. There was mold on lampshades and chairs. We had to book another accommodation with the result of loosing the money paid.

Hotel is so old, dirty and uncomfortable. Generally room details and reservation isn’t reaching each other and hotel staff acting weird that this isn’t their problem.

There is no hanging space - there are two hooks, but these are above the shelf unit and only semi-accessible. I did nickname the room "The cell" because of its size and layout, but that was affectionate and I would stay here again if I return to Czestochowa.

The property is easy to find (less than three minutes' walk from the railway station) and reception is just inside the front door (English isn't spoken here, but my broken Polish was sufficient). The room was small, but clean and self-contained, with a hob and kettle, a fridge as well as a wall-mounted television in the corner - and an ensuite bathroom. The bed was comfortable, with good quality bedding and two mattress protectors (one zip-in, one fitted on top)! There is a small chest of drawers for storage and a shelf unit. Downstairs, there is a communal outside seating and smoking area (the property is surprisingly large, with quite a few rooms in various annexes).

The room was supposed to be a non smoking room, but it was extremely obvious that this was not the case. The entire room reeked of smoke along with the bathroom. Tiny, extremely old towels that didn't look clean. The hotel stated that wifi was included, but the front desk was unable to provide us with a wifi password that would work. Bugs in the bed. Not sure if they were bed bugs, but it was still disgusting.

Not safe,not healthy so smelly mold are everywhere, both door are broken, and the balcony is not safe also. Kitchen utensils are totally garbage. Heating pipes lie on the floor. Nor properly mounted everything was broken. We dont understand how its possible to even rent this kind of place that is not safe. Totally not recommended Ps. Bring your own towel.
