The shower was tinyyyyyy! Oh and the block out curtains were not complete- it was missing a section

This was the first time I was staying here, although my parents stay here often and persuaded me to try it. Honestly I think I have been converted and will be staying here for my future trips to Kartuzy. It’s in walking distance to the rynek. The breakfast is excellent! Staff were amazing! They communicated swiftly with me to help accommodate my mum who was arriving earlier but her flight and luggage all got delayed.

Not all of the window blinds were present in my room and I think the curtains are decorative, so I couldn't block out the early morning light.

Excellent breakfast buffet - no bacon but that's a small matter. Otherwise, the restaurant was fantastic - great food in the evenings...big portions and very friendly staff in the restaurant and overall.

The bar is only open wed to Saturday. In winter I assume. Even though Poland playing internationally.

Great location, five minute walk from train station. The staff were super friendly, the breakfast was traditional and delicious. There is a pub onsite which offers a bit of local nightlife

early fight was advised to approach later in evening. to arrange a takeaway breakfast for morning but apparently too late. swimming pool is now closed.

The hotel is located on a main thoroughfare and thoroughfare, so some rooms are exposed to traffic noise. The room we got needs probably a little more maintenance. The towel rails were loose and the wallpaper was peeling off the sides. Also, the doorstopper was illegally attached to the floor, so you often bang your toes on them. The coffee from the Nestcafe coffee machine tastes just terrible and thus affects the otherwise very good breakfast buffet

The hotel is well and centrally located. The staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet is good.

There could be a challenge with parking spaces for all guests- but there is a free public parking next to the hotel so rather minor issue and staff was very helpful here too.

We stayed from 21 - 26th November.. 3 out of the 5 days we had to go down to ask for the heating to be put on as it was cold had to sit with coat on until it warmed up and also wait for hot water aswell...when we left this morning...NO HOT WATER!!! Not very happy!! All the receptionist could do was apologise and will let manager know!!! We feel let down by the hotel this time 😔

We've stayed several times before..love the hotel and the facilities..breakfast is also very good...rooms are cosy and yet spacious...most of the staff can speak English which is a plus..if you leave early you can order a packed breakfast which not many hotels offer ...location good 5 minutes walk from station that is direct to airport and Gdansk
