From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. The spa area is a real highlight – I spent time between the hammam, sauna and jacuzzi, and it was the perfect way to switch off from everyday stress. Yesterday I treated myself to a massage, and I must say it was one of the best I’ve had in a long time – both professional and deeply relaxing.

I thought the gym was bigger, but it's actually just a corridor and in the middle of the SPA area.

Everything was great. Huge bedroom, tasty breakfast. They even had a little bathrobe for my son! They also had high quality products in the bathroom, like soap and shampoo. Location is great and in fron of a tram, is you want to visit the city center.

the spa was small and very full. People go inside the sauna with swimwear on, which releases dangerous chemicals. Children in the spa.

A little disorganised. I asked about parking before we arrived and was told it might be available. When we got there we could park but at no point, until I received the bill, was I told there was a charge. Room 200, the room where our children were staying, wasn't cleaned for the duration of the visit. On checkout I was asked what we had had from our mini bar. The hotel had from 11am to 5pm to check. They then sent a member of staff to check the mini bar. I then went to check out and was asked if I remembered having anything else from the mini bar! I told them what I remembered but surely that's down to the hotel to check - which they clearly did as I walked to the room with the gentleman who checked! Whilst it was good to have our room for a late check-out to 6pm, I think charging 50E was rather inappropriate given what we had spent for 3 nights for 2 rooms. The only real downside of the room was the lack of storage space - a small wardrobe and not many draws. Also it wasn't obvious where the bottle opener was! After watching our team win a cup I was looking forward to a beer but couldn't find the bottle opener!

Good location. Staff happy to help. Breakfast was great - the only meal we had in the hotel - but food was brilliant and staff very accommodating. The room was perfect - great bed, spacious bathroom and a small lounge area made us feel like we had a proper base and somewhere to unwind.

We spent a night in a deluxe room and the experience was amazingly positive. The room was very cozy and elegant and the wellness area, which is included in the price, was a wonderful plus to the experience. There is a cardio area, steam room, finnish sauna, a jacuzzi and a billiard room, and you can also access to other services. The staff members were super kind. Everything was taken care of to the smallest detail and I strongly suggest this hotel. You will not only have a beautiful accommodation, but also an extremely relaxing experience.

We were not informed about the party at check in.

I can only recommend this hotel. It scored 9 and not 10 only because of a minor inconvenience. Namely an event with a party until 3 am. However, when I complained about the noise, we were immediately offered an alternative room, further away from the dance hall. As the second room was in theory a lower grade room we also got a discount for our stay. (This room was equally nice and spacious). The palace part, as well as the new-built areas are beautiful and all amenities of high standards. All staff were very friendly and helpful, accommodating even special requests. Exceptionally delicious breakfast.

There absolutely must be a revision to the rules of the spa, a place of relaxation and peace is no place for children actually running around, hogging the hot tub, coming in and out of the steam and sauna rooms completely encouraged by their parents. Had someone been manning reception desk I am sure this would not have been the case, sadly it was like this for our whole stay.

The parking is not guaranteed and on some evenings it can be difficult to get a spot but returning a few hours later usually allows you to get a spot. Overall a minor inconvenience.

The hotel is situated adjoining a beautiful park that you can easily visit. It's situated right next to main public transport routes allowing easy access to the city centre (15 minutes or so on the light rail / tram). The rooms where very clean will all the amenities you would expect and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection of both Polish and European options. The Wellness centre is also worth a visit. There is parking available on site and the rooms where very quiet.

Firstly if compare price and quality is very good. On the other hand from five stars hotel I expect that in the room everything will work. Breakfast will not serve some food prepared previouse day but will be fresh. Wellness I advise hotel do it correct pictures and show how small it is and that it is not like srandard spa but you must wear swimming dress.
