Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BelgiumThe welcoming coffee capsules were unfortunately not enough for the first evening and breakfast for the three coffee drinkers. You would think: not a problem, there are shops close-by (that's what we thought too). Unfortunately the apartment is equipped with a Tchibo coffee maker and the fitting capsules where not available in just any shop. Thanks to the information we received from the host, we were able to find the Tchibo shop close to the train station and we got the capsules there.
It was a great stay and a great accommodation. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. The air-conditioning proved very useful. We also liked the fact that there were instructions how to use the apartment in a more ecological way. The underground garage was great and easy. The location is perfect: close to the center, not far from the train station, close to grocery stores. Very good contact with the host (very friendly). We really enjoyed the stay and the accommodation.

IsraelOne small remark: the water drainage in the bathroom could use some attention, as the water was draining slowly — possibly due to a blockage or partial overflow.
All the facilities in the house were perfect. The underground garage was very useful, and the kitchen was in excellent condition, equipped with everything we needed. Access was smooth — entry codes were sent on time, and we could enter without any delay. The owner was very polite and accommodating, even allowing us to leave the car in the parking lot for four extra hours after check-out. Thank you, Gregory!

United StatesThis is a beautiful, tastefully decorated apartment. I appreciate all the thoughtful details, that made it very comfortable. There is ample storage/closets/cabinets, hooks and bars for towels, a shelf in the shower, modern and well working fixtures. The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to restaurants and all the old town attractions. I recommend 100%.
