We ordered two rooms for four adults, but one of the room was for single person - very small, all the facilities for one, although two people should live there. The hotel is not suitable for elderly people or people with knees’ problem, as there was not elevator, but very narrow and high stairs.

Some people might object to the street parking, but it really caused us no problem. Some places are reserved for the hotel and with reasonable timing we usually were able to park very close to the hotel.

I realize this sounds like an advertisement, but I really am pleased with this place. Location is perfect at edge of the old town; easy to drive to and easy to walk from the hotel. The staff are pleasant and helpful! The breakfast is amazing! For a longer stay I was able to upgrade to a suite/apartment. Quiet and comfortable accommodations. Plenty of good coffee!

Hotel Petite FMy stay at Hotel Petite Fleur was truly an exceptional experience. The hotel is located in a quiet part of the city, with easy access to all major attractions. The rooms are comfortable, modernly furnished, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Moreover, the upgraded rooms were a real treat – with modern amenities, perfect comfort, and impeccable cleanliness. I would especially like to praise the hotel manager. His helpfulness and willingness to assist were outstanding. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly kind and attentive, answering all our questions and ensuring that our stay was smooth and enjoyable. He recommended fantastic local restaurants and attractions for us to explore. I highly recommend Hotel Petite Fleur to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and pleasant stay in Torun. Squeaky floors. Lack of a view

We experienced unparalleled elegance and comfort at this remarkable hotel, where Gothic architecture meets first-class service. The exquisite wooden interiors and welcoming ambiance made the stay feel like home. The bedroom is meticulously designed with old-world amenities, ensuring a distinctive style. The hotel offered an expedient breakfast to order and featured diverse delectable cuisines such as 🇺🇦 nalysnyky and homemade jams, satisfying every palate. The breakfast area combined charm with French Cafe music. Overall, Petite Fleur offered more than just a stay; it provided a memorable experience defined by comfort, elegance, and outstanding hospitality.

Dinner was good but meager; only soup, apple juice and pasta. We expected more as did other guests. Additionally there was no communication of what to expect when we sat down, e.g., “tonight you will have a Polish sour rye soup and pasta”. There was no choice of the meal and we had to guess the meal came to an end after the pasta. No main course, dessert, choice of beverage, wine, coffee. We left hungry and went out for a salad to add veggies to our evening meal, at our expense. It makes one speculate that the chef and regular dining room staff had the night off? It’s great to include the dinner option in the hotel price but this dinner could have been improved.

Great location, quaint historic hotel. It reminded me of the places I would stay in Europe in the 1960s and 70s. Breakfast was excellent. Substantial, eggs and Polish pancakes made to order with abundant choices. Seniors be warmed there is no lift.
