The room was very heavily perfumed. It's a matter of taste, but I think a rare guest would like it. I had to take the house perfume out to the balcony.

No AC that was inconvenient, and sad that they said that there will be double bed, but it was just two single beds put together.

The hotel looks very nice and has a mixed feeling of fancy and simple. The room was big enough, the breakfast very good, and the menu offered at the restaurant is nice. The staff was polite albeit could smile a bit more. They accommodated all our needs and overall our stay was very good

The rooms were separated by a regular interior door. You could hear everything that was happening in the neighbors' rooms.

The hotel is on a main road that is busy and the hotel sign could have been made more prominent to indicate where the narrow entrance to the hotel was located. Driving from Cracow, you have to drive past the hotel and do a u-turn at the next traffic lights to be on the correct side of the road to turn into the hotel entrance.

For a small hotel the food was good. Breakfast was self service with an excellent choice of breakfast dishes. The hotel staff made sure there was always a good choice available for breakfast.

Easy acces, 24h reception. We left the hotel early in the morning, at 4a.m. and we got breakfast boxes to go. It was really nice

The location was a bit uncomfortable for us. We were traveling by car, and it was quite hard for us to notice the entrance. And it was not possible to enter the hotel when you came from Krakow to the hotel, there was a double-line. I can't find any negative point :D

The hotel is a nice small place for your stay in Kraków. It's worth spending that amount for such a nice hotel, you do not get an amazing room, for sure. It isn't shiny and beautiful as in the photos, the price exactly matches the quality. The room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was quite good.
