Bed had broken spars and they had been temporarily repaired never received any new towels during 3 day stay coffee tea never got replaced only 2 sachet each for 3 days no sitting area in room and bed was really low

Downside being right in the middle of old town is the noise until 3-4am. If you’re planning on drinking regularly then fine. I’d probably reconsider with the family just for that

There was no sink stopper/drain cover in the bathroom sink, and the smell from the pipes made the entire bathroom smell a bit musty/earthy. It wasn't unbearable, just a little unpleasant.

Seamless check-in and check-out. Room exceeded expectations: very modern, clean, and comfortable. The location and value for the price can't be beat. I had a room facing the garden and noise level was minimal.

While the rest of the room was clean, there was a smell that came from the bathroom sink. We fixed this with some air freshener but when we returned to the room after a long day the smell came back.

Everything was super comfortable and clean. The location was perfect and you have easy access to everything you need. Supermarkets, pharmacies, the main square, and the Wawel castle are all walking distance from the room. The customer service number answered promptly and clearly, giving all needed instructions for the stay. (The check-in/out process was very simple) The room felt safe, and the facilities included were perfect, and the WiFi was fast.

Bathroom had a leak from the sink that covered the bathroom floor. We caught a cleaner who contacted reception and when we arrived back it looked fixed. This was not the case and we noticed it leaking again. Also the smell in the bathroom was not good.

Location was amazing. Apartment was just what we needed for our stay.

A bit confusing for the vouchers for the breakfast as only had for 2 and then the restaurant had to ring several times to get it sorted.

Excellent location just off the Old Town main square. A few more sachets of tea and coffee would have been nice for 4 days. Breakfast excellent in the nearby cafe. Would fully recommend to friends

The building itself does not have an elevator, so you will need to ascend stairs with your luggage/strollers/wheelchairs or whatever else you have with you. The room is a bit narrow. It’s an ideal booking for a party of 1-2 due to limited space. Overall, I would still recommend the room!

The location was perfect for viewing all surrounding attractions because everything is less than a 10-15 minute walk. Many trams are nearby. Plenty of food options are nearby.
