Our room was not cleaned . , wet bath towels. We were out of the room from 10.00 - 19.30.00 After my intervention the lady from reception provided clean & dry towels.

So what about the outdoor swiming pool in the future?

Breakfest was the best of my life. It is look simple, because it was not prepare in concept "more i better". But it means more in size, not more i a lot of possibilities of food. And the best points: mixed eggs like from my mother. Great coffee. Melon with blackberry, honey and sezam seeds. Grep juice. Much foods presenting Polish delicious cooking. And place for dancing. And rooms like in chateau. Large rooms. Some with balcony with conection with outside terrace Quiet rural place not so distant from centre of amazing Ciechocinek and "beach" river Wisla. Have I still place here for talking and talking, how it is place like from fairy tale?? I don't understant only one think: how can be room so cheap?? So, I took 2 rooms, one form my girlfriend with balcony, one for me with "starview" with windows on the roof. P. S. Small surprise: You can see very sympathy eldery man.who are interesting of everything, do anything, what is needed. He is not caretaker. He is not operating manager. He is not director. He is: owner:) P. P. S. Wellness is also.included.

The landscaping could have a little more attention.

Our room was big and spacious as well as the bathroom. There was also a balcony where we could sit and enjoy our time there. The area is very quiet and peaceful as it is a little further away from the town centre. The breakfast was good and sufficient. The parking lot was big and safe as it is for the guests only.

There is nothing I didn't like!

The breakfast was excellent and location good as well - not directly in the center but around 10 mins walking. It is good for people who prefer a quiet stay. Room was beautifully furnished and the bed extremely comfortable. Staff was friendly and supportive. You can also rent bikes for free. Definitely recommended!

A little far from the center, although still walkable. But this is hardly a complaint, as we were aware of that.

Comfortable rooms, elegant and clean, excellent bathrooms. Breakfast was good, with lots of choices. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking available. Overall excellent choice.

There wasn’t anything I really disliked. Perhaps service at the restaurant should have been a bit better, I’m used to attentive service My elderly parents, who I traveled with didn’t complain. They were very happy with the stay, which matters the most for me

Great location on the suburbs of the town. Very quiet area. Nice, new hotel. Good, traditional Polish food served at the restaurant Bikes available free of charge, I enjoy cycling! My parents liked the suite I enjoyed the massage treatments, reception staff more than happy to help me to arrange the time Warm welcome from ladies at the reception upon checking in

There is not Jacuzzi and sauna , it is regretted . Pictures of room is wrong, booking website should change it.

Having checked in at 18:00 after a very long drive we were bombarded with loud music emanating from the dining room. Given that this music was unbearable we decided to drive to a nearby hotel for a quieter supper.

Breakfast was entirely adequate with a variety of different offers. As a cappuccino drinker, I sadly had to resort to Tea as there was no machine. The airy dining area was very welcoming.

The hotel is not what you would expect from a five star hotel. The double bed consisting of two single beds joined together. The mattresses were falling apart in the middle, leaving a hole. It was very uncomfortable, the towels and bathrobes smelled and looked grey. The air conditioning in the room was not cooling. Stains on the carpet

Terrace, dirty bins. Smelt like sewage at times. Horrid looking spa area. Gardens scruffy Balcony to room noisey Had to get another Chair Got Fed up and left early.

This is by no means a 5star hotel! I will rather rate it as a 3 -4 star on any international scale. The room was very small, the bed for 2 was extra small and short, with pillows made of chopped foam and thin uncomfortable quilts. There is a dancing party going on every Friday and Saturday with very loud music throughout the hotel ( 6-10pm). The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, far from the town and surrounded by construction sites. The curtains are very thin and barely cover the window. All in all if you expect comfort and luxury find another hotel.

The hotel is clean, staff is polite and helpful. Breakfast was good with sufficient choices. We arrived late and decided to have dinner at the hotel which was very tasty. Unfortunately we had to consume it in a dining room with dancing couples and loud life music around us.

Boutique Odyseja and Spa suggests its a spa hotel .. it is not! I asked re massage to be told they have to call someone in .. i asked where the jacuzzi and sauna was i was told not in season Very disappointing considering i paid alot to be staying in a spa hotel

Charging more money by mistake . Not real spa . Only two persons jacusi and small sauna outside the building. Forgot arrange our bed. bizar Breakfst: half our waiting for omelet, cold cofee, forgot put fruits, no cheese and cake verity. We Expected more from 5 stars hotel ?
