Wonderful stay! The location was perfect, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The facilities were excellent, with a great restaurant and delicious breakfast. The spa was also fantastic and made the stay even more relaxing. Highly recommended!

No criticism of this property. If you want to get into zakopane it can take longer than you expect because the main road is often very busy in summer

We stayed for two nights, the room was nicely furnished and clean, and the bathroom was also in good condition. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was very diverse, everything was tasty, with plenty of options to choose from - we were very satisfied. I rate the wellness area positively, refreshments (water) were also avaible. I rate this guesthouse as excellent. I recommend it.

The soundproofing between rooms and terraces could be better, as we occasionally heard neighbors talking. It wasn’t a big issue during the low season, but it might be more noticeable when the hotel is full.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is beautifully designed and surrounded by breathtaking Carpathian scenery. Breakfasts were delicious and offered a good variety each morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We also loved the spa area — clean, modern, and very relaxing. The outdoor heated pool with a jacuzzi was an amazing bonus, especially with the mountain views all around.

A wonderful stay! We wanted something that worked for us with small kids but that wasn't completely kid-focused and this was perfect. There are enough play areas (outside and inside) but the facilities are all adult focused (spa, pool, games). Everything is clean, beautifully presented and incredibly comfortable. The food was excellent and the staff are so friendly and helpful - particularly Anna the receptionist who went above and beyond for us. The location is also great for nearby hikes, thermal baths and beautiful mountain views.

There's nothing we could complain about.

The staff are all very nice and helpful. I don't speak Polish myself and was able to communicate very well with the staff in both English and German. There was a very extensive breakfast with cold and hot dishes, cerials, juices and much more. As expected, the Polish cuisine is very good. Our apartment was generously furnished. The housekeeping is excellent. And last but not least, there are plenty of parking spaces around the accommodation. So, that's enough for now ;-) We will probably be back.

Two small things...serving people can ask more ( for example for a second drink) and the children play place together with parking place is little scary for cars and children...

All was perfect just polish people behavior terible.. for example drinking coctails in jakuzi main area, or screaming by the pool, listening laud music.. i think in spa hotels such kind of persons is not permitted

Not about the hotel but if you travel off the season you might encounter troubles travelling with buses. They arrive when they want. If you travel by car no problem.

Food was amazing, soo many options and everything tastes excellent. It's also worth to ask for cocktails. The bartender knows how to mix stuff and how to surprise you with explosion of flavours.
