There is everything you need for comfortable stay, room is clean and well equipped. There is a lot of additional facilities, hotel has spa area, that is not too crowded and games room with pool table, table tennis and kids play area. Very good breakfast that is a bit different each day. And restaurant prices are fair, you can pick from different meals everything was delicious! Lots of parking spaces outside the hotel

Our room was just below kitchen air vents, so sometimes we were hit by smells of heated oil or some other foods and were forced to close the balcony door. No big deal, but inconvenient. The same with the smokers - it’s somehow allowed to smoke right outside the main entrance and the nasty smell is entering the premises. One strange thing - secondary entry to the building is locked at some random times, and that is an emergency exit (Wyjście ewakuacyjne). Not safe.

Really nice place and staff, and very comfortable beds. The pools are fantastic, we spent our noons after hiking the mountains there relaxing and enjoying sauna. Breakfast and hotel restaurant deserve a separate word - very good.

In my opinion, they use too much plastic. For example, plastic gloves just to cut bread — why? Why not just provide towels instead? Also, bottled water with plastic cups by the pool.

A nice and cozy hotel with an amazingly tasty and varied breakfast. Great location — not noisy. There’s a pool both indoors and outdoors.

Very quiet, good location, perfect breakfast. Spa& jacuzzi were perfect after hike! They do offer take away lunch box before breakfast time,starting at 5/6/7 AM, a sandwich, yoghurt, cookies and fruits, just make a reservation for that previous day.

Would love to have breakfast before 8:00, to manage to get to the mountains earlier. Location was a bit outside of city, from one hand advantage (less crowded, nice view), from other hand would love to have easy access to microbuses traveling to mountain trails.

Breakfast was excellent with good quality and variety of food. Nice SPA area, attentive stuff. Despite that hotel was full, we found a place for parking. Nice view on mountains. Comfortable rooms, enough space for everything, even with 3 grown up adolescents living together.

Great hotel. It was our fourth time in Zakopane, and the food at this hotel was the tastiest we've had. We really enjoyed the food and the room, the pool area was really nice (especially after hiking), and the staff were very friendly and polite:)

Exceptional Stay - Highly Recommend! Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable - every corner was spotless. Only thing that could have been improved was the sauna temperature (sometimes it was slow to heat up) and the hours that it was working. We would have appreciated if it was open a few hours earlier and would close an hour or two later.

Fantastic experience all around. The staff was delightful and very helpful--they made our stay very warm and their excellent service was not unnoticed. The breakfast buffet was perfect--everything I want in the morning and very fresh. I will highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family who will be traveling to Zakopane.

I liked everything

The hotel is located in a beautiful area,surrounded by the Tatra mountains. The food and a choice of it for breakfast is the best I have seen.Very tasty Need to have a car to move around.

Not a deal breaker but the restaurant and bar was closed the night we arrived. But then again, everyone needs a night off
