How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Shower head couldn't held on to the stand. Extra pillow would be appreciated.
Great localisation. Clean and easy access to everybpart of the hotel. Weight scale to check.your baggage weight (very handy).

Breakfast are tasty but there is not a lot of variety and that is wha in our opinion is not worth the price. Moreso there is not enough space for clothes and bathrooms needs to be fixed (specially shower cabin).
Very comfortable beds and quite good localised according to city center.

Breakfast could have been better and a toaster would have been good and more selection of food. The shower was too low down so I’m 5-8 and I had to keep removing it so I could clean myself also the rubber strips down the side were also coming out so I had to keep placing them back
The hotel it self was ok staff didn’t have a clue or speak English enough to help when we could not get in to our room

The Wi-Fi was difficult to connect to and didn't work very well. A tile in the bathroom was loose/had come off and there was a big crack in the sink.
Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, complimentary water in the room was appreciated.

We missed our welcome drink as it was not said that it has time limits.
Location is about 15 minutes walk from the very center of the city. Hotel has a dedicated parking place. Breakfast was good, room was clean.

We had to switch rooms twice once because the door wasn’t properly closed there a big gap at the top so it was a privacy issue which led to a room change and staff was nice about it and understanding then unfortunately there was apparently a problem with the shower in the second room so we had to move rooms again.
The lobby, restaurant and the staff were very friendly

Despite the close location to the city centre, it was quiet. Very clean good value for money. Friendly staff. Close to the airport. The only thing missing was the kettle to make my own cup of coffee as I arrived quite late and the restaurant was already closed.

Parking was not free at the hotel. The furniture in the hotel room was showing signs of wear.
Everything met my needs. Staff was nice and smiling. Beds were comfortable, The breakfast was rich and tasty. It was a short walk from the hotel to the city center. There was a park near the hotel where you could also walk.

Good location 20 min walk from the city center and just next to the nice park along the canal. Nice and clean place, friendly staff good value for money.

15 minutes walk from the centre in a quiet location. Room felt modern and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable, slept really well. Great breakfast

The bin in the room is very small, if you have a lot of things to throw away, you might have to find somewhere else to put them
The room was nice, had everything I needed, and the staff were quite friendly. I got there before the official check in time (3pm), and they got a room ready for me very quickly, I really appreciated that! Unfortunately I did not get a chance to see what the restaurant is like. I would say this hotel is good value for money

The only 2 things that I didn’t like was no hairdryer in the room but this won’t be a problem for many. The apparent lack of soundproofing in the hotel, you can hear everything, so bring earplugs.
A clean hotel, I didn’t interact much the staff but they seemed friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, free bottles of water is a nice touch. Breakfast was good too. The location is good, very close to the Auchan shopping centre and a 15-20 mins walk to the old town and Mill Island.
